The order was delivered in a timely manner. I’m not sure I like the shirt….it’s a lot brighter than I expected. Maybe I’ll get used to it.

They collected the money two days after I placed the order in mid December, and today is December 26 and I’ve yet to receive my order! I never received a confirmation for my order, yet they collected right away, and I have no where to claim my merchandise! This is a SCAM!!!

Received wrong size. Trying to contact customer service to exchange is an exercise in futility. One of the worst customer services I've EVER not experienced. Not experienced because you are sent in circles and never get anywhere Like a Twilight Zone episode. Don't buy from them. It's a sham.

BEWARE it is impossible to contact any one or get an email or phone number for customer service. My friend bought two items and wanted to exchange one but the website only loops you around to their "service" email address and there isn't any way to get an "authorization and return address" to send it back. Her order confirmation number is 84146204209 so the purchase can be verified.

The company claims on Instagram that the clothes are made in south Carolina. I ordered one dress and the tracking number shows it's coming from CHINA.
I don't know yet what the dress will look like. I hope it will be nice enough.

But this is misleading:

"1.Where are these made and shipped from?
Our products are all made in South Carolina, USA, and we have warehouses in the U.S./CAN/U.K./AUS. Your items will be delivered from the warehouse which close to you for faster delivery."

Happy with style/quality of product. Took awhile to receive however.

I received my order today. Wrong size! I am finding it impossible to exchange for the right size. Every time I try to find customer service. Dead end. The steps given to exchange all end with no answers. What is going on here. I am no asking for money back , just an exchange. Seems very fishy business! There was no return form in the package.

It sent me the exact items as advertised and the quality was great.

The order came and I received 2 of the same bathing suits which were supposed to be XL and fit like a L .. the shirt looks nothing like I ordered.. can’t get anyone to respond to my emails about returning the items .. where is their customer service

Love the sweater so much! And communication with company was great!!

It took quite a while fir the order to arrive but it is as every bit delightful as in the image.
I should have taken an XL to give myself a roomier fit. Large is OK but I would advise people to size up.

The product is very nice but the first one I ordered came in the wrong size so I kept it for myself (it was a birthday present for my daughter.) The second one came in the wrong color. I like the items but was told if I wanted the right color, I would have to pay $16 shipping cost for you to send me the gray that I ordered in medium. I felt this was unfair since I received 2 wrong items!!!

When it came I loved it. Cardigan jean mix on FB. Quality was great. only issue for me was long time waiting for item.

I've given 3 stars, due to the price. I am normally a UK 12, but read the reviews and down sized. Glad I did. I'm not into the oversized sweaters. I have been big due to short term steroids, never again, I like to show off my figure. However I do not pay this price on a normal basis. I got a small size and it is still fairly large. Nice design and reasonable quality.

Company informed of delays and allowed a refund on one that would take too long others were on time
