Everyday their buses(C4) are late and if you get there at the exact minute they are supposed to depart some of the drivers won’t even open the door for you. Sheet service, would give them 0 stars if I could.

This is a terrible company. The only fake reviews here are the ones giving it 5 stars. As others say the buses are totally unreliable. 2 or 3 hours late from
Adare or Limerick is very common. I rang customer support and I never spoke to a ruder and more unprofessional person in my entire life. Avoid this company at all costs.

Unreliable service as usual. 43 bus scheduled for it's once an hour time doesn't even show! Just disappears off the app and loads of people left waiting. Can't even get a different route. Waiting a further hour hoping the next bus shows! An absolute disgrace! And this constantly happens!

238 is the worst bus in the whole of Ireland Bus drivers can’t even do their jobs properly and to come on time it’s a disgrace bus drivers still demand payment after they cancelled the bus no respect for 238 bus drivers!

bus 60 kicked me and a friend off even though we paid for no reason. all the driver kept repeating was “out” like 40 times. maybe check to see if your drivers have mental issues before hiring them.

42 bus from Talbot Street meant to leave at16.30, driver came in at 16.37 and we finally left at 16.40.
On Saturday when you finish work no-one wants to wait 10 mins at the bus stop.
I really hope 42 route is going to improve time keeping on Saturdays and Sundays because during the week is fine.

too much traffic, dublin is such a bad place, too many bus stops an especially L25 is going on my nearves

How am I suppose to go to the city center when I live on the surroundings of Dublin, there is simply not enough busses the weeke, there are all full!
This is annoying

If I could give zero I would. I'm waiting for 30 mins for the bus that should come 2 times already.
I've used many different lines over the years.
None of them is reliable.
Bus times appear as scheduled and it becomes a lottery if the bus will come or not.
It would be better if the service got scrapped completely and a new company was made. I've never seen a country in Europe with worse public transport.
If one bus is full and they send a second one, the full one lets people out and the empty one skips most of the stops. Joke is an understatement.

What in God's name did they do to the buses me and my mother had to stand because there were not enough seats it's truly shocking that this is what Dublin bus has come to in 2024 next time I'll get a taxi and won't get hurt like I did this time avoid

On the 30th May buses were late for half an hour despite the fact that 3 physical buses were there. After call with customer service I got informed that buses will go as scheduled and on my question if there is anything what can be done since there is over 40 people waiting, the operator said 'buses will go as scheduled, that is it'.
Nearly every day is the same situation. No interest towards people and yet money is gladly charged.

Pathetic service of Dublin bus 15 on Sundays. One cannot rely on it and have to wait for atleast half an hour for one to get a bus from the scheduled stop. Suddenly the bus name and time on the information board disappear and 2-3 consecutive buses don't arrive. This nuisance is regular during weekend.

They don't follow the bus time schedule!!! They cancel the bus schedule every day!!! You can't trust that the bus will come on time, nor that you can get to work on time! they charge a high ticket price for the service they provide!

The combined daytime frequency of C-spine (C1-C2-C3-C4) is supposed to be 8 minutes, that is what is written on the website. It's been a week now that I have to wait for more than 30 minutes to see any of the 4 Cs at stop 7854. I had time to see five 145 pass by before I saw any C. And the times given on the App are completely inaccurate so there's not even a way to plan around these ridiculous delays.

i hate to be the type of person that write bad reviews but my god all mighty the most horrendous for of public transport that exists in this country. not only did 4 buses just simple not show up, but when one does and has a huge crowd of people on it that have been waiting for 40 mins, the moment i need to get off, the bus driver closes the doors after i had just said i needed to get off AND pressed the button. whatever about being late, i personally didn’t have places to be, but come on now, let the passengers OFF the bus. i didn’t need nor want the stop afterwards as i was getting the bus to where my car was parked. absolutely frustrating.

It s just frustrating the lake reliability. Waiting 40 min for a bus that should shows up every 10 min according to Dublin Bus in a regular time base.
At stop numb 7579 on a tuesday 16.04 hrs

Impeccable, these new buses are something else honestly. I haven’t had quite an experience like it in all my life. The windows on the back in the way that they are made me feel as if I was in a Tesla, just something about it. The whole thing had this feel to it that I don’t think can be replicated elsewhere. Every other bus I ever go on from now on will always be compared to this experience. It’s like when someone starts doing heroine, every time after the first there forever chasing that first buzz. I feel I’ll always be doing that from now on. I’ll simply become a bus addict. God forbid I don’t receive a wage increase sometime soon because I’ll be needing more money for the amount of times I intend on using the bus from here on out. Couldn’t recommend getting Dublin bus to anyone anymore especially these fine new buses.

140 is disaster Monday to Friday is start at 6.25 and Saturday when 90 % off people are off is at 6.00 what is all that about.
I finish the night shift 3 buses 140 pass they stop and let people get off and did not get anyone.
3 people get off 3 get up i think is making sense.
Get more 140 buses on the road that route is very busy.
Very disappointed i got twice warning from my employer that i was late because the f___ bus is never on time.

Really bad service
