Drum Shop Glasgow Anmeldelser

I ordered a custom-made item (Gretsch 13x9 rack tom). The item arrived exactly to schedule and in perfect condition. Delighted with my purchase. Communication with the shop/Phil was always fast and helpful. A great shop.

I called up to order an agogo bell clamp which turned out to be unavailable. I was contacted the same day and refunded. Super customer service from Phil, who also spent quite a lot of effort trying to find something else in stock that would work for me. He really went the extra mile, especially for a relatively low value order. Will definitely be back to buy more. Outstanding service, bravo!

Great service, speedy delivery and always available at the end of the phone

Really helpful and great to have the backup of a local retailer for ongoing advice and assistance.

Thanks to the Drum shop Glasgow for the helpful advice on choosing a drum kit and then for delivering in person. Great commitment and service. This will make my son very happy on Christmas day.

Very flexible with delivery and pick-up times, and helped us with some very-last minute hires.
