Kilkenny Silver Anmeldelser

Ordered 2 pieces , only recieved 1

I have bought from this company before and really loved their products. However, this time when I ordered the necklace did not match the picture shown on the website. I reached out to their customer care team via email. And I have received no reply. I'm extremely disappointed.
Edited on 14/09/2026- I have since recieved a reply and refund for the necklace. I'm still disappointed that I cannot get the necklace I ordered. The bracelet in the order was very good, no issues.

Bought the moon and back chain for my daughter. Couldn’t be happier with the quality and packaging. Great value for money

Great quality

It was a gift for my 11 year old granddaughter and the box that it came in was beautiful - pink with a gold bow. She loved the box as much as the gift.

Beautiful necklace and good customner service. Very pleased

I love the earings. It was a gift to myself but the packaging was perfect for a gift, so pretty & professional.
Thank you. I will definitely be shopping again 👍

Beautiful Jewelry, easy online ordering and fast delivery to the UK, plus a very welcome surprise gift!
Thankyou

Ordered silver harp stud earrings on March 1st 2026. As of today still haven’t received. Sent multiple emails, no response. Buyer beware, DO NOT order online from here, scam.

I ordered the Intricate Celtic Trinity Pendant with Large Emerald Cubic Zirconia in Yellow Gold (€54 plus €12 shipping, Order #14694) back on April 1st. While the necklace took a bit of time to arrive and wasn't quite the right fit for my girlfriend, the customer service that followed was absolutely exceptional.

Clare stepped in and handled the exchange process quickly and flawlessly. Thanks to her outstanding professionalism, the exchange was completely hassle-free, and we are both incredibly happy with the final piece. I highly recommend Kilkenny Silver, especially for their brilliant customer care. Thank you, Clare!

I ordered a bracelet from Kilkenny Silver on the 23rd February 2026 and still haven't received it almost 4 weeks later. I have emailed and messaged them a number of times to find out if they can investigate what has happened and have never had a reply. I won't be using them again.

Absoutely delighted with product packaging and prompt delivery

My daughter has recently got her ears pierced, and was delighted to pick and receive her new earrings. Great choice and speedy delivery.
