My procedure was done in December 2025. After a month, when I contacted for my follow-up, I was told that I need to apply serum. They said the serum is prepare by Dr. Terziler. It was not mentioned after procedure While I was in Turkey. Now I have no easy way to get that serum in US.
I contacted them about this mess-up, but the response was extremely unacceptable. They did not return my call as well.

Dr Terziler Klinik
Dr. Terziler Kliniği’ni kardeşimin saçkıran tedavisi için Google’da tamamen şans eseri bularak geldik. Bu kliniği bulana kadar birçok tedavi denedik, pek çok doktor gezdik. Umudumuzu kaybettiğimiz anda şans eseri bulduğumuz bu klinik, kardeşimin mucizesi oldu. Kliniğin kapısından içeri adım attığımız ilk andan itibaren tüm ekip ve kıymetli Doktorumuz Servet Bey bizi sevgiyle ve şefkatle karşıladı.
Alanında gerçekten çok güçlü bir ekip. Bu sayede kardeşimin tedavisi son derece iyi ilerliyor. PRP ve lazer tedavileriyle dökülen saçları çıkmaya başladı. Tedavimiz henüz tamamlanmadı ama sürecin ne kadar etkili olduğu şimdiden çok net. Kardeşimi gözüm kapalı emanet ettiğim, tüm tedavilerine gönül rahatlığıyla güvendiğim bir ekip. Buradan tedavi olmadan çıkmak neredeyse imkânsız; mutlaka size uygun olan tedaviyi belirleyip uyguluyorlar ve süreci başından sonuna kadar yakından takip ediyorlar.
Sürecin başından beri uzmanlığını büyük bir profesyonellikle yöneten ve desteğini bizden hiç esirgemeyen kıymetli Doktorumuz Servet Bey’e; danışman hemşiremiz, enerjisi, sağduyusu ve hoşgörüsüyle her an yanımızda olan Ezgi Hanım’a; neşesi, pozitif enerjisi ve şefkatiyle süreci bize en verimli şekilde aktaran Cevriye Hanım’a ve Dr. Terziler ekibine gönülden teşekkür ederiz. Amazing treatment
Amazing treatment. From getting picked up at the airport, driven from the hotel to my appointments back to the hotel very nice conditions in the hotel as well. The staff are very professional very courteous, easy-going, and upbeat. Then the doctor did fantastic and his team with transplanting 6000 hairs in one day. I am looking better with each passing day with this head of hair of mine.

Satış temsilcisi olarak saç analizi yapılıp görüşüldüğü zaman yaklaşık 4000 greft saç ekimi yapılacağı söylendi. ve greft başı ücret konuşulmadı. Sabit olarak 4.600 euro olarak anlaşıldı. Ve sakallarımdan alınamayacağı söylendi. Ameliyat günü ise sakaldan da alınabileceği ve ek olarak 2.000 euro ücreti olacağı söylendi. Bu sizde doğal olarak bir baskı oluşturuyor ve o esnada oturup pazarlık yapamıyorsunuz. Sonuçta ameliyat yatağındasınız. Tamamen tutarsız ve kurumsal olmayan bir kurum. Tabiki ticari bir kurum ama burası tamamen ticari. Tavsiye etmiyorum.

Just so professional and amazing. I reached out in April and did the consultation but didn’t know when I would go. I reached out January 4 th for them to accommodate me on January 6th. They made it happen and everything was just amazing. The entire team, the nurses and the doctor everyone so friendly.
