Had 360 vaser liposuction to body and vaser liposuction to my face with Dr Purbey in September last year he did a fantastic job but I needed some additional revision surgery as a few little things needed changing I felt he really listened to my concerns after the 6 months mark really pleased with the outcome definitely recommend

Today was my discharge day after 5 months in their care and I really have no complaints. I did a full back liposuction with Dr Purbey and I am very satisfied with his work. They were always very responsive and attentive when I needed something before, during and after recovery, and, fortunately, nothing went wrong whatsoever. I chose Dr Purbey to do my upper thigh 360 lipoedema vaser liposuction. I felt more comfortable being in the UK, on my research I realised that it was important to have a surgeon who understood the meaning of living with lipoedema,nOn my first consultation I was quite nervous but by the end of it I was so excited to get this surgery done, Dr Purbey really puts you at ease and fills you with confidence. I had vaser lipo performed by Dr. Purbey in July 2025. He was a very warm, down to earth gentleman and had lots of patience at the consultation, surgery day and post op consultation. He was always informative and answered all my questions. He clearly displays his expertise in this area and has a confident yet approachable manner.
The procedure is, without doubt, life changing. The results are truly amazing and my new found confidence has made me so, so glad that I had the vaser lipo done. I cannot recommend Dr. Purbey enough to anyone thinking on embarking on this procedure. You won't regret your decision.

I had Vaser liposuction with Dr Purbey.
I had initially made an appointment to enquire about having surgery re my back fat which has always been an issue I have been embarrassed about, and which would not budge no matter how much exercise I did or dieting.
At the consultation Dr Purbey was very confident of what could be done and we also discussed my other hang ups about my body. I decided to do 360 liposuction and my chin.
The surgery was to be in 2 stages. My first surgery was done in July 2024 which was to my chin, abdomen and flanks. The second surgery was done in October 2024 which was to my back.
Dr Purbey was extremely professional throughout and explained the procedure and all it would involve in great detail prior to each procedure. It was also very evident at the follow up appointments that he genuinely cared about how I felt about the results, and very clear that he wanted to achieve the best results for me.
At the post surgery appointment after the second procedure, he expressed that he thought he could improve my bra line and chin further. Without any request from me, he offered to do revision surgery. This was done in March 2025.
I could not be more pleased with the results. It has literally transformed my life and how I feel about myself.
If anyone is considering Vaser, I would highly recommend Dr Purbey.

Dr Purbey is a magician! He did full 360 liposuction on my arms and they look incredible. He is not only a skilled and master surgeon but he has a lovely bedside manner and genuinely cares about his patients. I won’t go anywhere else now!

I had vaser liposuction on my lower legs with Dr Purbey in July 2024 and I am extremely impressed with the results. Dr Purbey is the most kind and compassionate man, he put me at ease and explained my surgery fully. I can’t rate Dr Purbey highly enough!! 7 weeks ago I had liposuction for lipoedema on my legs and WOW already this has been life changing for me and that’s down to the skill and precision of Dr Purbey, Marie and his wonderful team at Manchester Hospital. Lipoedema has been a incredibly painful and debilitating condition and liposuction was the only cure, only 7 weeks post op and I feel like a new women I have zero pain and the shape of my legs are amazing already i honestly feel 10 years younger. It was the best decision I have ever made and I now have my life back! Dr Purbey has done incredible work on making my legs exactly as I wanted and I’m over the moon with it all I can’t wait till next summer to show off my new legs.

From the moment I met Dr Purbey I knew he was the one for my surgeries. He is always chirpy, polite and answers all questions in depth. I had liposuction to my lower abdomen which had lipodema and a separate lipodema surgery for my legs and I couldn't be happier with the results. Not only are my legs pain free they have shape too.
