At a worlds most difficult time, Covid 19. I have had to cancel my booked Van with this company, whom are terrible to deal with. They slammed us with a new policy called Covid 19 which incurred us a $250 fine to us cause we were booked with them during a epidemic, even thou we cancelled Months prior to our booking. I am not happy with the way they have dealt with us. I’m a business owner myself and I can see why now businesses don’t last. I would stay right away from this site as you will only get ripped off.

Very easy to use and competitive pricing.

Had to cancel a booking because of Covid-19. Had to cancel because of a global Pandemic and the Federal Government and health authorities handing out fines for non-essential travel. Cannot get a refund. Cannot reach them on the phone, have left multiple messages.

$250 "booking fee" gone.

Booked a motorhome which was fine until Covid 19 struck and had to cancel,good luck trying to get a refund from these people,they said 3 to 4 weeks it's been nearly 5 and still no sign of a refund and not answering emails either,be careful

An easy to use site that has the major car rental companies, so usually this means they can be trusted not to have any hidden extras. Also, the fact that no payment is needed upon booking (or sometimes just a nominal fee), so you just pay when you pick up the car.

Left it far too late to book a campervan for an upcoming road trip and was having a lot of trouble finding a suitable vehicle that was still available, but the customer service was lovely and helped me find something just in time!

Cheapest out there looked at a few different ones & very easy to use good communication

Not my first choice of van but a suitable alternative offered

Very clear website to use.I always rent cars using the Drivenow website.

Have used Drivenow for a few years and never an issue, always get what you book, great prices

Elise (from Melbourne) was incredibly helpful.
Many people are quick to complain about poor service but forget to reward customer service people when they're extremely good at what they do...I thanked Elise very much for her help and advice - she really was brilliant.
The process of booking was pretty easy, but made so much easier with Elise's help.
Two tips...
1. Maybe offer the Additional Driver option on the first page at the time of booking.
2. It would be great if you could make it easier for people wishing to book more than one car - once the booking confirmation comes up you're unable to access the previous pages, and thus you can't easily go back to make a second booking. Unless I've missed a way of doing that...please do let me know. :)
