Drive Car Hire Tasmania Anmeldelser

Great locally managed company. Easy, no stress, willing to help and flexible to our needs.

Drive are a great car hire company. I had to change my reservation and they were happy to help. The vehicle we got was nice and clean and reliable. Spent a couple of weeks touring Tassie with my family. Drive made it easy.

We were very happy with the car and the condition it was handed to us. Very professional when booking and while picking up the vehicle.
Going to recommend to everyone.
Thanks

Drive car were very accommodating, bought the car to my hotel ready for us, everything done over email electronically. car was clean and well maintained, able to leave the car at my hotel for collection which was really convenient.

Very professional to deal with. Got a brand new car

Wonderful customer service , simple pick up and drop off .
Car was immaculately clean on pick up . Would highly recommend. 👌

Easy and efficient process. Fair prices. Friendly team and great location to pickup and drop off. We had a Tesla for 4 days and highly recommend the experience if you want to try an electric car!

Exceptional and super responsive customer service provided by the Drive Car Hire team made driving the Tesla model Y in Tasmania for the first time a wonderful and enjoyable holiday experience. The process of retrieving and returning the car was easy and the car was in immaculate condition, and I would recommend anyone visiting Tasmania to hire the Model Y from Drive Car Hire.

Easy to book; reasonable price; sent extra information about driving an EV and how to charge; great service; seamless pick up and drop off at airport; refunded bond quickly; highly recommended

Easy to collect after hours and to drop off. Great value

Super easy car hire. No complications and excellent communication.

The entire rental process couldn't be any smoother - and the car was great!

Booked a car based on the online reviews and certainly wasn't disappointed. Sign up process was seamless, pick up and drop off is very simple. Our outward flight was delayed for 2 hours, emailed to ask if we could alter our drop off time to match - no problem. Car was good, clean and fit for purpose. Highly recommend this company.

I hired car about two weeks and their responses were always quick and flexible. I would use Drive Car Hire again if I have a chance to visit Tasmania again.

We arrived in Hobart for the Australian Boxing Championships and needed a car for the team. These guys were able to supply us with a car for the week and at a very good price. Would highly recommend Drive Car Hire Tasmania to anyone looking for quality cars. Thanks guys.

Professional and friendly service from the start! Accommodation was at the Hobart Travelodge November 2023 and we decided late that we would hire a vehicle for five days, following a visit to all the CBD car hire establishments it became apparent that despite school holidays being over and thinking early November would be quiet the only vehicles available were commercial high cost units!
Walking back to the Hotel we discovered Drive Car hire just around the corner and these guys despite almost no cars available managed to produce a car within a couple of hours! They also waived the first days cost due to later pick up in the city! This was the start of a really fun trip around Tassie, we will be back and definitely using these guys for our transport!

Outstanding and highly supportive customer service! Information for collection and return of the vehicle was clear and any query was responded to promptly and professionally. I would ( and have already) recommend this company. Heartfelt thanks for playing a major role in our wonderful experience of travelling around Tasmania!

Excellent service. I have hired a number of cars from Drive Car Hire Tasmania now and every time I am impressed with the friendly service and quality of the vehicles. Pricing is also very competitive. Nice to support locals. I’ll be back for sure.

We booked a RAV4 Hybrid 8 months prior to our holiday and Drive guaranteed we would get this car. Week before confirmed definitely getting the RAV4, which was very new (only 12,000km on clock) and in pristine condition. Airport pick up and drop off was so easy with excellent instructions. Staff are always very pleasant on the phone. Able to take car on ferry to Bruny Island. Whole experience was excellent and would thoroughly recommend.

I never thought in my life that I would be giving a car hire company a 5 star review - but here we are, I am lucky to have found drive!! Booking, signing paperwork, collection and drop off were all super easy and the overall process was smooth and electronic which we appreciated. When we had flight delays they responded to us very efficiently and were helpful. I will definitely be recommending to my family and friends.
