Great service and lovely flowers. I needed to send a bereavement gift to someone during the recent heatwave so didn't want to send fresh flowers. Dried blooms were perfect and the recipient was very happy.

Great customer service. Beautiful product.

I recently took delivery of an order from Dried Blooms and am deeply disappointed by both the quality of the product as well as the lack of any response to my complaint.

Firstly, the flowers were in very poor condition. Many began disintegrating when the box was opened and others had clearly not been dried from fresh but looked very dead.

Secondly, the variety of blooms bore no relationship to the photo on the website. There was significantly less variety and colour than was advertised as well as a very high proportion of grasses rather than blooms.

We have purchased dried flowers several times in the past and the two year old ones we were planning to replace with this purchase are in significantly better condition. I believe that these were not fit for sale and represent exceptionally poor value for money.

I have attached photos of the shipment which I sent to the company ten days ago and have not even received an acknowledgment.

Amazing customer service. When I ordered my bridal bouquet and 1 buttonhole (which were beautiful!) I soon realised I needed more buttonholes but there wasn’t an option on the website to order them separately so I spoke directly with Lucy, who sorted the bespoke order for me and delivered them just in time for the wedding!

Excellent service, the recipient of my Dried Blooms gift was absolutely delighted. I had a query about my order which was dealt with in a friendly, personal manner.
My only request: please include in the confirmation email assurance that any personal message has been received, and will be included. If the message is important and significant, this reassurance is very necessary.

Fast service and quick answers to any queries, lovely arrangements that fit into a coal scuttle in my inglenook fire place.

I ordered the Dried Boho Bouquet particularly because of the selection of flowers. I thought I'd been sent the wrong order as there were no fluffy pampas grass, no bunny tails and no eucalyptus? It looked nothing like the photo but a small, dull arrangement with only 2 types of flowers, not even the same colours. Enclosed was a greeting card not addressed to me but to another person with love and hugs from no-one I know? I've now emailed Dried Blooms 3 times along with photos of the order I received but not had any reply. I find it astonishing that they haven't replied to me, dreadful customer service. This was my first order with this company and definitely my last. I've given them 4 days to reply but still nothing. They didn't even offer me the option to return the order, probably because I wasn't prepared to pay return postage and why should I.
Since all of this happened Dried Blooms have refunded me and today I received the correct bouquet free of charge which is perfect. It seems it was a genuine mistake which has now been rectified and I thank them. Changed to 4 ****
I’m sure they’ll be checking their spam folder in future.

I have just received a bunch of your beautiful dried flowers for Mothers Day, they match my en-suite perfectly. It’s the second bunch that I have received in the last few years, very pretty and well presented, and the first bunch are still going strong too.

After ordering a dried flower bouquet from Dried Blooms I was incredibly impressed, happy and satisfied. The flowers are so beautiful, very well presented and came in good time. I will use this company again for sure.
