Was unable to help me but still charged my insurance and me.

This is hands down the biggest scam I have ever experienced. I sought care for an eye infection and the so-called doctor flat-out refused to prescribe antibiotic drops, instead telling me to use warm compresses—then had the nerve to charge me $129 for that useless advice. The call wasn’t even completed; the doctor’s audio mysteriously disappeared, and within seconds I received a bill. Customer support was just as incompetent and completely unhelpful. I will be disputing this charge with my bank and will make it a point to warn everyone in my network to stay far away from this service.

Horrible. I paid my $50 for a 4:10 appointment. My appointment never happened. I tried many ways to contact them and when I finally got through via chat my situation was never resolved. I called AmEx to get my money back and report them as fraudulent. Now using Amazon Telemedicine.

The internet was a little spotty but it took no more than 10 seconds for the dr to say I will not treat you, you need an ED…. When it cleared up with wifi, I tried to explain my symptoms, but the spotty wifi, she said in a very rude manner…. Mame, hang on let me speak, you can’t even form complete sentences….
Literally wouldn’t let me talk, so ya I couldn’t….. very very rude and aggressive. I have been through this so many times, I know what my body needs. Atleast let me tell you and then make your recommendations….

If I had inadvertently chosen the wrong doctor on your "milk the sick folks" for money website, then just deny the appointment. Seems aligned with Hippocratic Oath you take to become a doctor.. I guess that ethical code goes out the window when you can do a telehealth job on the side and milk insurance and get our copay. Absurd company. Make sure to let them know you want your account deleted so they don't charge you

Finished my appointment and was waiting on my prescription to be delivered within 45-70 minutes said on their website. Well that turned into 2 hours of waiting. I finally reached out to support and was told the prescription won’t be available until the following day. The agent was very short with me, rude and sounded as if I was bothering her. This is the worst customer service I have received in a while. Will not use this service again. Do not recommend.

This place claimed they couldn’t google the address of my pharmacy while I have the flu and was literally showering my kid with the flu who had just puked all over himself… Perhaps the worst customer service experience in medicine I’ve ever had. Even if the company locks out Google, you can’t use a phone to find an address?

This is a very incompetent business. My appointment was scheduled very quickly. I had a 60-90 second video call with a doctor. I asked specifically for an "transvaginal-pelvic ultrasound referral". The doctor spoke fast and then was like "Okay, is there anything else? I then mentioned, no, just the referral for tv, pelvic, and abdominal pain. She said "Okay, goodbye, then!" I got the referral a few days later, which only stated a transvaginal ultrasound. Nothing for pelvic or abdominal scans. I spent 8+ hours calling imaging centers (being told that the referral would not work for what I needed), and trying to reach DrHouse numerous times via email. Their 'comment' form online does not work, and their ridiculous support app only responds via AI which tells you over and over again "It may be hours before your doctor can respond. I will inform you when they do." I am on a business trip and only have so much time to complete scans before leaving the area, and this is just wasting all of my time. There was never any apology for wasting hours of my time, either via the app or in email. I would not recommend DrHouse to anyone. The idea that it takes a few minutes to take someone's money, and hours upon hours to hope for someone to respond is ridiculous, especially when it is their sloppy mistake in the first place. Very incompetent.

I told Dr Marc berzansky that i have pneumonia and need antibiotics, he said very unlikely, you have just a flu, prescribed tamiflu, where then i puked my brains out, syptoms got much much worse where i was hospitalized and they found i infact did have pneumonia like i told him from the beginning. 0/10 for this uneducated excuse of a doctor, someone should take his license away

I asked for a simple referral . Then clinic said its only a letter not a referral and requires some specific info included it . They rejected to contact w clinic and kept giving me the same letter . It didnt work . I Paid them for nothing .

Told them online what I needed prescribed exactly and they said sure pay $129 for a call for a doctor to send the prescription. He refused and they stole my money. This is a disgusting company.

Totally garbage website, says they accept insurance but only a very limited one and only certain plans. What a joke. Customer service is a total joke and have been trying over and over to delete account with no luck Stay away from this garbage website.
