Terrible experience with Dr Galic, who was not nice and literally told me to take my daughter to Walmart for testing and that they could treat. Dr Galic-then why did I just pay to see you? Would not ever use again!

Really appreciated and enjoyed the simplicity of this service. Easy to schedule an appointment on the app, select selection of many doctors was available, and connection to a prescription and free delivery. What more could you ask for?

This place is a scam, flat out lies about my assessment and no referral. 2 minute call and no refund issued due to incorrect claim I violated their terms of service. Stay far away from these people and this app. Terrible terrible experience.

Ever since I used this app and this service my cell phone blows up now with text messages from health insurance organizations wanting to provide me with health insurance. I have told every one of them to stop and they continue. This app sold my information to other companies because of the information I provided to it!. Stay far far away

Quick and easy, delivery girl very nice

Had a horrible experience Seeking help for my six-year-old daughter who had symptoms that seemed like a UTI. Picked Dr Robert Chandler because she was screaming every time she went to the bathroom and had blood in her urine and he had the first available appointment. Our call must’ve lasted 30 seconds. He did not show any interest in speaking with her or answering any of my questions. He seemed like he just wanted to get us off the phone. He called in a lab and told me he would follow up after the results were in and then left the call. I followed up the day after and the following day to see if we knew anything and his response to the chat bot was “ as I told her, I will respond when there are results. If she isn’t that much pain, she can go to urgent care or the ER “. We were given no understanding of what the test was or how long it would take.

About a week later we get a note in the app,saying it’s not a UTI. We’re done here. Zero follow up, zero help in understanding what other thing this could be so we could at least be doing low intervention treatment while waiting for results . zero interest in helping a six-year-old child mitigate painful symptoms. It was very clear he was not interested in helping anyone or caring about a human in pain but just checking off a box so he could get paid. They also said per their policy We are not eligible for a refund because we received a service. I do not consider our interaction receiving a service but felt more like fraud. I would recommend staying away from this doctor and this service if you are interested in receiving anything resembling medical care. And this comes from someone whose parents are both a nurse and a doctor.

Drhouse service, if you can call it that, is terrible. You can only talk to AI agents when you have an issue or complaint.

Do not select Dr. Robert Chandler! His lack of care for a patient is astounding. From the start he seems to be all about getting off the call and on to the next one. I guess he gets paid by how many calls he can take in a day. His answers are short and explains nothing. If you question his opinion you are met with an abrupt dismissal like how dare you ask for a more clear explanation or second thought as to what could be going on.

The driver was amazing. I had a co-pay of $1.23 and he paid it for me so I gave him a nice tip.

Easy to use service, saw a doctor in 15 minutes, then my meds were delivered to my house quickly. Would recommend especially if you don't want to leave the house.

This is a scam. Within seconds it was over. Never saw doctor just a message appointment was complete.
Im contacting Attorney General. Florida should not let this company be allowed in Florida.

THE WORST!!! do not waste your time with this app or these people completely unprofessional had three different doctors cancel the meeting after booking hours in advance with no explanation… Use Sesame instead much more professional.

The doctor was so condescending and rude. Was talking over me and I found her very difficult to follow and I’m a nurse Would never use this service again. She was abrasive. Then after I told her she was speaking very condescending to me and wasn’t kind she then flipped it and said I was argumentative. I definitely was not. Do not talk to a Dr Vijaya Galic.

Nobody wants to leave the house when they’re sick to be seen by a doctor to pick up her prescription. This was the perfect solution 10 stars.
