Close to perfect. I love the smoker, but need to warn customers about the shelves. They are $80 each and I ordered 4. However, they are places so two of the shelves are useless. They are so close together that only two shelves are usable. I contacted the company, and they said: that's how it's done. So do not order more than two shelves; it's a waste of money.

I had some issues with the initial smoker I ordered and the initial ship time was quite long, but I have to say, Drevos stepped up and owned their mistakes and absolutely took care of me. They stood behind their product and that is very important to me. The quality and functionality of the smoker are absolutely top-notch. If you are into processing your wild game and into making sausage, bacon, jerky, etc, there's not a better smoker on the market for the home-user. The ability to cold/hot smoke, dehydrate, convection bake all with a single unit makes it the most versatile smoker there is. Plus, it's just a beautiful smoker.

Great company and Great product Drevos Smoker. I got drevos 30 , excellent unit does everything what suppose to do with excellent results.Big thanks to sale team Drevos and Natali !! for flawless excellent fast Delivery. Thank you 😊

Klare Kaufempfehlung!

I bought a Drevos Smart 50 smoker last September. I notified them within 1 week that it didn't work properly. The heat wouldn't regulate. It just keeps getting hotter and hotter. Drevos has not honored their warranty and nine months later it still isn't fixed. DO NO BUY DREVOS! BUYER BEWARE!

Very happy with the decision to purchase the Drevos Smart 30 a year ago. Using it majorly for fish, the results are great and very tasteful. Had no experience with smoking and the usage is simple and self explaining (and I watched a helpful YouTube video first. Communication with Drevos is excellent. Not cheap but totally worth the money. Best smoker I could imagine. Stephan, Germany

Sehr gutes Gerät, top Kundenservice.
Rundum zufrieden.

everythings great. perfekt oven
