Dremel Anmeldelser 85

I registered an account with Dremel on their website and then tried to register a product for an extended warranty. After several attemps I had to give up - the website is truly dreadful to use, So I rang customer services. The operator simply said that he couldn't create an account, ended the call and put me through to their customer feedback questionnaire. You can imagine just how low I marked them!!

Net zoals blijkbaar vele anderen wil Dremel - Bosch ook mijn Dremel 3000 (nog onder garantie), gekocht bij Hubo, enkel herstellen na betaling. Redenen om geen garantie toe te passen zijn onduidelijk of irrelevant en dus blijf je op honger zitten maar het toestel is weg. Dan maar een ander merk, zeker?

Mon outil Dremel 3000 est tombé en panne 2 ans et demi après l'achat (et juste quelques heures d'utilisation)
La garantie était de 2 ans (amazone ) + 1 an (bosh/dremel). Après contact avec les services SAV Bosh, ils refusent d'appliquer la garantie alors que je leur fournis la facture : motif, ils ne retrouvent pas ma référence ( je prècise en outre qu'il n'existe pas de No de série sur le produit !!!).

Je n'ai donc plus aucune confiance en Bosh/dremel.
- la qualité n'est plus au rendez-vous
- la politique SAV est loin d'être irréprochable

Je vais donc acheter un autre outil rotatif neuf (une autre marque) pour 23,84 euros .

I thought Dremel was a reliable make so didn't bother looking up reviews. Sadly I was misinformed. I bought the extension attachment for hand engraving. It had half an hours worth of use before it dangerously flew apart. I have emailed twice but received a standard " someone will get back to you shortly ". Disgusting or what!

My Dremel tool destroyed itself on its second use I attempted to contact Bosch Dremel but after numerous emails diddly squat their website is atrocious. Support is rubbish and replies to emails on warranty claims downright abysmal. If I’d known I wouldn’t have bothered spending good money on this clearly crap tool. Thankfully I’ve got this from Amazon who have been really helpful with the supplier who is an independent company. They takes pride at looking after their customers unlike Bosch Dremmel that doesn’t give a crap. It’s a shame you can’t give them zero stars but I should’ve known better. I once had Bosch tools and they were crap and didn’t last either. I didn’t realise Dremel was part of Bosch. I do now and quite frankly it’s the last Dremel I’ll will ever buy. Bosch Dremel you should be ashamed your service is downright crap but it’s unlikely you’ll read this because you clearly don’t read your emails. clearly the standards at Bosch Dremel have gone down the toilet once a name you could possibly trusted is now a name that belongs in the cesspit of crap manufacturers. 

Had my Dremel for a few years, hardly used really, probably an hour or so total, it stopped working, armature wire broken off from commutator, made by idiots out of inferior material to an inferior design, better off with some 15 quid Chinese one, not worth the money.

Outil performant jusqu'il y a 3 ou 4 ans, notamment concernant la quincaillerie. Les embouts ne tiennent plus, c'est même devenu dangereux, ça vous gicle à la "gueule". Encore une entreprise qui a du être "délocalisée". Il y a avez aussi des embouts tout fin pour le bois, disparu de la circulation qui étaient pourtant très pratique pour les coins. Lamentable au prix où ca coûte aujourd'hui, plus de 7 € les 5, autant revenir au chalumeau...

I ordered a Dremel piece via Amazon and I received an empty box. So I sent it back via Amazon and asked for the correct item which I received but then I was charged for both despite getting the empty box. According to Dremel I did not return the fawlty item- but I did as the fawlty item was an empty box!!

Well its easy to use. they have tutorials on how to use the device and so much more

Anscheinend legt die Firma DREMEL keinen Wert auf Kundenbindung da ich jetzt schon 1 Woche auf eine einfache Frage per Webformular keine Antwort erhalten habe. Es ging um den Bohrständer 220 wo ich im Internet widersprüchliche Beschreibungen zur Kompatibilität älterer Modelle fand.Ich möchte u.a. aus Gründen der Nachaltigkeit vorher schon wissen ob der Artikel den ich kaufe auch für meinen Zweck geeignet ist.In verschiedenen Baumärkten verwies man mich auf die Beschreibung wo mein älteres Gerät gelistet ist.Auf der DREMEL Homepage war mein Modell nicht dabei ;) Ausprobieren konnte ich den Artikel leider nicht da keiner solch Ständer vorrätig war.Im Internet war der auch zischen 10 und 20 Euro billiger.Ich werde mich bei der Firma Proxxon umschauen die haben auch gute Geräte und da scheint alles zu passen.

Bought Dremel 2000 Versatip a year ago as a hobbyist, mostly in flame mode. It worked well until recently when I lit it but the flame never came out yet it was alight in the shroud behind the nozzle. Removed the nozzle and tried it and it worked but with a broad uneven flame that slowly changed shape as it heated up making it difficult to use. Reviews suggested it was the catlyst gauze that was the problem. Contacted UK agents Bosch who told me that part was not available as a spare. I've ordered a more expensive Portasol unit now in the hope it will give me what I expected from the Dremel.

Purchased 2 dremels, first one got too hot and died, the second one, i only used it once, went to use it again and it farted and died, I need a little rotary tool, but buying single use plastic products is not my thing so I'll take a punt on an unknown next and spend the money saved on some bumblebees

You can extend warranty by 1 year by registering your product.
I was unable to properly log into the website with my mobile or Firefox. The website seems designed only for Chrome.
Then when registering the product on the registration page, pressing the Register button wouldn't do anything. You have to use the barcode to make it work, not the 10-digit product code which was also supposed to work...

C'est juste de la daube, ça tombe en panne en moins de 2 heures d'utilisation

Moteur cramé après une heure de travail très peu intensif.
Comme les deux précédentes d'ailleurs. Et oui trois heures en tout...
C'est juste une honte.
De toutes façons, le régime moteur était irrégulier dés le premier démarrage de chacune des trois machines. Ça menaçait de lâcher même à vide.
En plus, ces trucs coûtent un bras.
Les chinois font beaucoup mieux pour pas cher.

Recently my Dremel 4000 started smoking and sparking before it eventually stopped altogether despite only being used a handful of times. I emailed Dremel about it and they simply said they could repair it but I’ll be charged!
What’s the point of them even doing that? I know it will probably end up costing me more than what it cost me in the first place to purchase new!
This was my third Dremel that’s failed on and I am disgusted with the very limited life these machines give and equally disgusted that they even suggested charging me for a repair in the first place when it’s had very little use.
Well I can tell you now I’ll never purchase another, they highly priced for what they have to offer to begin with, they do not last very long at all and customer service is completely unsatisfactory, your machines are useless and so are you!

Machine en panne après quelques heures d'utilisation.
Défaut carte électronique de régulation de vitesse.
La carte n'est plus produite et commercialisée ainsi que le composant HS.
Dremel ne commercialise même pas les pièces détachées quand elles tombent en panne.
Donc machine qui part à la poubelle.
Marque à fuir.

I purchased a Dremel 7350-PET, to maintain my dog's nails. I've owned one of these for several years, but lost in my recent relocation so purchased a new one.

It's an outstanding tool for doing my dog's nails!

The difficulty I encountered was this: They apparently do not include the charge cord/adapter for usb and AC outlet. When contacted, Customer Service said they don't provide it because everyone already has a cell phone and that charge cord/adapter works.

The thing is, the usb provided doesn't fit my cell phone charger/power adapter. I had to buy another power adapter for the Dremel. I would've preferred paying $10 more to receive the correct power adapter in the box with the product.

Dremel 3000...untter rubbish,company utter rubbish ,bought in Ireland ,no service in Ireland ,agent I was texting to for help from Dremel was obnoxious and couldn't care less.same known issue ..it becomes too hot and the wire inside breaks off .looking for someone who stands behind their product....never again .

escroc je n ai jamais recu les 20€ de remboursements sur mon dremel et complice de la societe highco-data.fr qui arnaque les clients pour le compte de Dremel et bosch
