Just had my first skin pen experience at Dr. Ellie’s clinic with Sarah. She did an excellent job and walked me through every step of the process to ensure i was comfortable .

What I love about Dr Ellie is she always asks what treatments YOU want first and doesn’t just decide for you. Of course, she offers advice and suggests treatments that will enhance your experience and I do listen to her advice but I never feel anything is forced upon me.

I still don’t really like needles but Dr Ellie is so good at what she does that it’s worth it! I am sure there are other aesthetic doctors who practise closer to where I live but I honestly couldn’t trust anyone else to do my treatments! She really is the best.

Every time I say please be gentle, and she is 💕 my face always looks like me, but a better version. I cannot recommend Dr. Ellie Sateei highly enough… she is a rare combination of artistry, expertise, and kindness.

Now, reading the other reviews, this is going to be contentious. My experience was VERY different from most of the people who have written here on TP and provided 5* reviews (which is strange in itself as I usually find reviews are a great indication & 'Red' magazine had endorsed her). Perhaps it's because I chose to visit her at her Kent house and not at her London clinic (which I would imagine has a more professional setting), or maybe I caught her on an 'off' day...but it was just a very strange initial consultation / treatment and I have to say, that had I not paid £200 for the consultation, I would not have proceeded with any treatment.

The 'consultation' consisted of a 5-minute discussion where she mostly discussed all the things she could do and what she could sell me. I felt no real care of duty or any interest whatsoever in who I was or what I wanted: it felt like she wanted to get through the appointment as quickly as possible if I am honest. She took much more interest in my friend & discussing the menopause and their issues with their HRT patches.

I've not given her a 1* because I don't think she is necessarily bad at what she does, but I felt rushed & uncomfortable, and I would not recommend her. Overall, it was just a very strange experience that I will not be repeating (my friend agreed).

So, it's back to Marlow and Stephanie at the Springwell Clinic for me. The 5 hours' round trip is worth it!

Dr. Ellie is genuinely outstanding in her field. Her proficiency in enhancing clients' features naturally, along with her adept use of aesthetic treatments, is impressive. I've had both Botox and Polynucleotides administered by Ellie, and I encountered no downtime, bruising, or discomfort. I am delighted with the results and eagerly anticipate my next appointment at her clinic.

Ellie is the best of the best.

I see Ellie regularly for Botox and other skin treatments and credit her with the many regular compliments I get about my skin. There isn’t much more to add here that everyone else hasn’t already said - I completely agree with every glowing review. And glowing is the exact right word fo describe Ellie and that is how she makes you both look and feel.

Dr Ellie put me at my ease and answered all questions before treatment commenced. I can always rely on her to give me a natural look.
