Dear Martin,
I am sorry you have not been satisfied with our services.
I have checked tracking of your order and it was indeed delayed for 1 DAY. If you had contacted us we could have sorted that together earlier.
I am now checking it with DHL and I will contact you via email with solution.

Very good dealer!
I was very pleased to get a spare Barcode Scanner from this company. It was delivered quickly and was in perfect condition. The only drawback was, that the battery was dead. Luckily I had a spare one and now everything works perfectly.
