Ash was super responsive, coming first thing the day after I first contacted him and he had the drain blockage cleared quickly.

I’d had a bad smell in my downstairs toilet
I’d had a bad smell in my downstairs toilet. I phoned Ash and he came when he said he would and went above and beyond what he said he would as well.
Ash put a camera down the pipe work and talked me through what he found, blockages and cracked pipes and how he could rectify the issues now. In my case Ash would flushed and cleared the whole
System.
Ash also explained how to rectify any non urgent issues that could be sorted out down the line with rough ball park figures, I was very impressed. Ultimately he sorted the issue I had and explained how to stop it from happening again and how our plumbing could be made better further down the line when we’re ready. I feel confident that I know how my waste plumbing works now and all the work that needs doing, with a problem sorted as well, cheaper than quotes I could find online.

Excellent service and knowledge
I was desperately looking for a drainage company and found online Drainage and Plumbing for my mum’s flat. Called and they immediately arranged an appointment for the next morning. They came and tried to deal with the issue that was not as simple as it seemed. They rearranged for a specialist appointment the day after. They came and sorted out the issue, gave my mum advice on the situation and next steps. We have no issues since their visit and I would 100% recommend to anyone with serious and complicated drains issues. They did all that and treated us with dignity and respect, something that many tradesmen often forget.

Fast and Impressive Service
I called Ash at 3.30 on a Saturday afternoon as I'd had no luck trying to unblock a kitchen drain run at a tenanted property that was thick with fat. To be honest I wasn't expecting much bearing in mind the time of day on a weekend, but Ash said he'd be with me within the hour.
He arrived as promised and got straight to work with some brilliant equipment, within 20 minutes the job was done and I have happy tenants who can use the kitchen sink again. Ash is a lovely guy, really helpful and respectful. Some fat had washed into the neighbours pathway and he got the jetting equipment to wash it all away. I highly recommend Ash and his company.

10/10 - Helpful and unblocked my drain
Came out quick. Had all the right tools. Did the job at a reasonable price given it was next day arrival - helpfully in the morning too. Had to run the hose to unblock the drain through my terraced house so slightly more troublesome say vs. in a detached house.
Second time Nima has had to come out to help with a situation. First time to my other property in the area. No issue in using him again. Very respectful and professional and took the time to unblock the 5 houses whose drains feed into the master.
Importantly he managed to unblock the drain. Nima even took the time to find the source pipe a few houses down, also worked to unblock multiple neighbours houses by lifting up and unblocking their manholes.

Mohammed was quick clean and efficient. Arrived 10am the very next day after job was posted on a Sunday evening.
