A fantastic service was provided

A fantastic service was provided, max from prime-fix explained the situation in great detail and managed to locate and solve the leak efficiently. I’m thrilled with the outcome. I highly recommend their services.

Great communication and a friendly attitude

They handled the issue in a professional manner as I had an issue with my boiler as I had no hot water coming out. Thankfully primefix sent over Aurel who had a very friendly attitude and presented great communication. I’m really pleased with their service as they resolved the issue and now I have hot water.

Quick response time

Prime fix group was very quick with the response time, they were in my property within the hour and they managed to quickly find the leak and resolve it

I recently had an issue with my main…

I recently had an issue with my main supply pipe and was extremely impressed with the service provided by PrimeFix . Jim worked tirelessly to diagnose and resolve the problem, demonstrating exceptional skill, knowledge, and dedication throughout the entire process.

The job was far from straightforward, but Jim approached it with professionalism and determination, carefully identifying the source of the issue and carrying out the necessary repairs to a very high standard. He kept me informed at every stage, explained everything clearly, and ensured the work area was left clean and tidy upon completion.

What stood out most was Jim’s commitment to getting the job done properly. He was punctual, courteous, and clearly takes great pride in his work. Thanks to his expertise and hard work, the main supply pipe was repaired efficiently, and everything is now functioning perfectly.
