I had a dreadful experience with this dpf cleaning company. They refused to take a deposit via card, insisting on bank transfer only. The technician they sent to clean the filter was unable to remove the warning light and falsely claimed I needed a new pressure sensor. Despite my concerns, I reluctantly paid the balance through a bank transfer. To my dismay, the payment was flagged by the bank's fraud department.

When I tried to explain the situation, the 'mechanic' called his boss, who displayed appalling behaviour, threatening and pressuring me to pay immediately or face consequences. After seeking a second opinion, I discovered that the issue was a simple static regen requirement, not a faulty sensor as claimed by the ‘mechanic’.

Charging me a hefty £300 for an unnecessary service and causing unnecessary stress, this company's incompetence or potential deception is alarming. The lack of professionalism and unethical behavior displayed by the staff make me caution others to steer clear of this company at all costs. Terrible service, questionable practices, and an overall unpleasant experience.

From start to finish I was highly impressed with DPF Medic! Came out the same day within the time frame given. Gareth was a friendly chap and was well informative. He was not happy with the reading after the first clean and added more fluid to the dpf filter. The fault cleared and I must say, the car’s performance is so much better! Definitely will use them again in future

Worst company ever. They are scamer looking only to get your money and not solving the problem. Giving you the price whit out the VAT and telling that you need to pay more when they are face to face.

Please DO NOT use this company. I wish I had checked trust pilot before booking them for my partner. Similar story to other peoples reviews, partner had EML on, I read the codes on my obd reader and 2 of them mentioned DPF so I looked for a company to come do a dpf clean. Found this company and they said they could get out to us the same day so we went with it.

Technician arrived, he read codes off his reader and said there was nothing wrong with the dpf and that the pressure sensor needed replacing and that replacing that would remove the EML and fix everything.

So I purchased the part from eBay and fitted it myself for my partner and lo and behold 3-4 weeks later car is seriously damaged. Car has now been in a local garage since 15 December.

We approached DPF medic asking for a report of what the technician did/said on the day they visited us, we got told it was emailed to us - it wasn’t - we asked for it to be sent again - they said they did (it wasn’t) even asked again the following day.

This company are shocking, the worst company we have ever dealt with in our lives. Please do not make the same mistake and us and other people that have left reviews.

I had the DPF cleaned and underwent a full diagnostic, but despite my technician's efforts, the light reappeared the following day. After consulting several diesel specialists, I learned that DPF cleaning may not be effective and could exacerbate issues in the long term. I opted to replace the part, although it was costly. In hindsight, addressing the root cause initially would have been a wiser choice instead of opting for a quick fix like a DPF clean. I paid £300 for the clean.

A friend of mine warned me not to use this company as her son used them and his vehicle was still in limp.mode then was threatened by the boss as he challenged there work . disgusting behaviour so unprofessional .

SCAMMERS. Do not book. Dpf was apparently 'cleaned' but engine management light did not go away like I was told. Liars. Wouldn't answer the phone to come back and look at car.

Rich Carey is the owner. Wouldn't return the money I paid him and told me to "come fight him" at his caravan site to get it back. Some tough guy him.

Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. I thought I was lucky that this company fitted me in on the same day to have my dpf cleaned. How wrong was I!!!
When I next drove my van there was an awful noise. To my horror part of my van was damaged by the guy who did the dpf clean!!! I tired endlessly to call the company and give them the opportunity to rectify the situation. They eventually sent the original guy back, who arrived 2 hours late. To make matters worse he had brought the wrong replacement part!!!! I was constantly told ‘oh well’
Absolutely not good enough. I’ve lost a days work and now need to pay a mechanic to fit the part that they broke!

came accross as helpfull and professional at 1st ,,, dpf light was on , had them clean the system but needed a sensor ,,, light came back on after I fitted the sensor ,, but they were not really interested,,,after ,would not recommend ,,, expensive service for a quick flush through with a cleaner . waste of money .

I was guaranteed a clean dpf when the man arrived two hours late it was a young lad in a car with a couple of screwdrivers and a bottle of liquid after about half an hour he said it was done and the lift was off and it was out of limp mode the second time I drove it all the red lights were back on and no one will return my call and I have still never been sent the invoice I have asked for on many occasions

Not happy with this company.. booked my mobile dpf clean and let the technician do the job.. I'm busy doing other things that's why I were not able to check what they have done..after sometime they just rev up the engine and told me that it was done and dpf is cleaned ... payment was done...after only 2 weeks...dpf alarm comes back.. tried contacting the company but no reply..now I've gone to other company...and it was a success.. never trust this company again...

The main dealer diagnosed the issue but told me that I would have to pay £3000 for a new exhaust. To be fair the service rep told me that a DPF specialist might be able to fix it, but he did not hold out much hope. I got the car back and called DPF Medic. They attended the next day - took the car away for two hours as it had to go on a ramp and brought it back all cleared, all the diagnostic lights were clear and they charged the £600 that had been agreed. Extremely polite, arrived exactly when they said they would and did the job exactly as they said they would.

I used this company as I had a confusing issue with my Dpf filter,The engineer sorted this out within an hour!,Also very polite and prompt ,I highly recommend.

After many failed regeneration attempts by my Honda Main Dealer (at huge cost) I decided to try a specialist.
DPF Medic Richard - owner/organiser and Stewart - mechanic between them sorted my Accord out fairly quickly and apparently permanently (OK fingers crossed). I initially had the level 3 including a chemical clean. However, within 48 hours I had the DPF light back on. I then decided, with the help of Steward/Richard to address the issue properly and went for a specialist clean with the DPF removed from the car. Further cost - but I should of done the right thing in the first place (58/59 plate Honda Accords are notorious for having this problem).
Whilst their services are not cheap, they clearly know what they are doing, are personable and follow up on their commitments. I rate them highly,

Not happy with DPF medic at all. Charged for diagnostics and DPF clean when my car didn't even have a DPF but was still charged £249 they said they had cleared the fault then as soon as I drove to the end of my drive the warning signal was immediately back on. £249 for nothing. Do not use DPF Medic.
