Avoid this company at all costs.
I booked a confirmed appointment with DPF Medic Ltd for 9:00am, but the technician didn’t arrive until 3:30pm. At 11:00am I received a call saying he was “running a little late” and would be with me by 12:00, which was untrue.

When he finally arrived, he told me he couldn’t complete the work as agreed and instead suggested I take my car to a garage to have the DPF removed (at extra cost to myself) before they could proceed. This was never mentioned at the time of booking and was not what I paid for.

I had already paid a £50 deposit (which they refused to return) in good faith for the job to be completed at the agreed price. The fact that the company was unable to carry out the work as promised is entirely outside of my control, yet I was left out of pocket and without the service I arranged.

Overall, this was an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. Poor communication, failure to keep to appointments, and an inability to deliver the agreed service do not inspire confidence.

I had a van that needed DPF cleaning so I asked DPF Medic to do the job. Sadly they did not perform very well.
I have reached out to the company and tried to discuss my dissatisfaction with the service I received, but no joy.
My time slot went from 10.30 in the morning till eventually early evening, the technician did not fix the fault or reset any fault lights or provide an invoice or any receipt, I have asked the company to reply but seem to be ignored.
I sent my Van to a proper garage and they fixed the problem immediately.
When the garage removed the DPF filter it was full of white powder which had been pressure feed in to clean it, it didn't work.
I would advise everyone to avoid this company as I think they are cowboys, no paperwork, not reliable and if something does go wrong they will ignore you.
Very poor service.

I went to my local garage twice, they tried to force the Regen however to no avail. I contacted dpf medic and found them very accommodating and not at all pushy.
I told them what was happening and I explained I do lots of miles a day, Tony broke down the cost for me and gave me all the options, I took advantage of the dpf clean and the carbon clean as it had never been done.

They slotted me in for the very next day and Dan called me half hour before, Dan was very knowledgeable and down to earth. Advised me that the pressure sensor was reading above 0 when turned off so might be worth getting the sensor changed.

I am delighted with the improved performance and fuel economy.

Do not pay up front. No one wants to respond to my calls or txt now they my dpf and £425 of my money seems to be a scam will be reporting to trading standards.. though is was a pretty straightforward service made hard to earn more money in my opinion

Do not use this company, after taking £120.00 deposit from me to originally visit me and clean my DPF on the vehicle, when they arrived i was told that the DPF was too clogged and needed to be taken off the vehicle, during this inspection the operative put a screwdriver in one of the sensor holes and i suspect damaged the filter of the catalytic converter. I was told to contact them for collection once the DPF was removed. Once removed i called the 0800 number and was told they would phone me back with date and time. Since then i have not heard anything back, only get answerphone when phoning and AI responses via email. It has now been 2 weeks since they instructed me to remove my DPF and left me without support. I have since contacted another off vehicle DPF cleaning company who will not work on it because of the damage to the catalytic converter filter. This has left me totally stranded. I would have expected more courtesy and professionalism, especially after showing good will by paying the requested deposit

Be very very wary of this company when things go wrong they do not want to refund. My car went into limp mode only after 100 miles of their so-called work, and apparently they left the clips off the pipes which I found on Road afterwards i had take it to a reputable. garage which carried out the work and done the Job properly found out they did not reset one of the sensors all they said was they all needed
changing would not give a refund I am going to Reported this company to trading standards as well

I was drawn in by the professional-looking descriptions on their website, but the actual services provided on-site didn’t match at all.

– The so-called “regeneration” lasted only 7 minutes, during which they simply blocked the accelerator pedal — nothing like what was promised in the service package.
– The technician didn’t know how to use his multimeter and refused to check the DPF pressure sensor, which wasn’t even working.
– After he left, I noticed a clamp was missing from the hose of the sensor he had removed.
– They charged me £396 for this 7-minute intervention.
– On the invoice, they listed services I never requested, including a “carbon clean”. When I questioned it, their support agent deleted the entire chat conversation.
– The agent insisted that the services had been “100% completed”, even though he wasn’t there — but I was.

I strongly recommend avoiding this company. I was misled by fake reviews they likely wrote themselves on their own website.

Had to call these guys out due the garage not allowing the car to regen and eventually blocking the Dpf. I found these guys on the Internet and booked them as they were half the price another garage was charging to remove the Dpf and clean.
Tbh, I was full of aphrension as I had to transfer money via bank transfer to secure the booking, and we'll after checking the old reviews they weren't great..
Appt. Booked for 9am, didn't get to me until 1140, factors beyond the techs control..... But, within an hour and a heck of a lot of smoke from the Dpf Dan managed to get my car to regen and I am back on the road again.

Yes, maybe practices may be a little odd - Bank transfers, but I am on the road again at half the price.

Bought my car about 6 mths ago second hand and started having some issues after a month regarding the DPD filter . Long story short ,took it to a competitor(Halfords) who crashed me for a dpf flush and 2 days later same issue again. Contacted DPF medic who were very helpful and Dan was amazing at what he did . Stretched it's "legs" today going to Chelmsford Nd then straight to Cambridge and back home with not a hint of an issue and no warning lights. Thanks a bunch and I will definitely recommend you guys to anyone who asks

When the person from this company come to my home i explain to him what the problem was that we were having showed him a picture that my mechanic took to show me what the problem was my car was clogged up with loads of carbon buildup but they don't do it so he told me to get a carbon clean but to take out and clean out the component and but this man didn't take any notice of me what I was trying to say so he carried on gave me a carbon clean with gas and at the same time he done a chemical clean without removing anything ti only took 20 minutes said to me that would work so I just believed him I paid him 330 pound but the next day I drove my car the engine management light come on again couldn't believe it spend all that money I thought it would be okay anyway I phone this company DPF medic and they said they will phone me back to see what they would do about it I waited and waited nothing once they got their money they didn't want to know I managed to get through to them after days of trying but they still didn't do anything so I visited my mechanic where I go to they took the part off and took a video of it then my mechanic phone them and they actually answered the phone not knowing it was to do with me they had to listen to what my mechanics said so they said send the video to them so I did then they were trying to get out of it because I wanted my money back cut a long story short I got my money back but only 80 pound I gave them 330 pound but they said that the carbon clean only cost £80 so that's what they gave me back not very happy with this company so I'm warning people out there be careful they will take your money and and if anything goes wrong they will not answer your calls

Had these guys out to fix a dpf issue on my transit . Found the fault and I was back on the road within a couple of hours . The dreaded warning light gone and full power restored .

Imagine: My SUV died THE DAY BEFORE a family trip to Cornwall. Cue panic! These heroes arrived at 8 PM, did a Level 2 clean, and even topped up fluids. We left at 6 AM next day—zero issues. NGL, I cried happy tears.

I spoke with SHAYAN for a discount, and MATT came to fix my DPF. Both were super friendly. If I had to describe it, I'd say the service felt personal and fair.

I needed a quick turbo replacement, so I gave them a shot. If I’m honest, the car now zips better than before. The whole process was simpler than I'd imagined!
