Downshire Caravans Anmeldelser

Customer service is 1st class.Lee is very pleasant guy to deal with. If he discovers problems with Caravan he will send a video highlighting defects and repair. There are no big surprises when you go to pay.costs are very reasonable compared to other companies. Have used this company a few times now and will do so again.

Contacted due to damage to caravan roof due to bad weather- so friendly, just sent photos and had the roof repaired in no time, highly recommend

So happy with my van Looks like new and will last me many more years Amazing work from two great guys this week Thankyou 😃

Great team who provided a great service. Most importantly they were honest and open about everything. Very professional and clearly have a lot of experience. Constant feedback and very responsive via WhatsApp and calls. After a few dodgy service providers we are so relieved to find a company we can trust with honesty and top class workmanship.

Excellent service from start to finish. Ordered new windows and a door. From payment to installation took one week!!! Would highly recommend

I received great service from Lee & team from start to finish. I would highly recommend this company for all your caravan needs.

Good communication, good price and the door was fitted perfectly, would recommend them 100%

Great service, kept us informed through the full process.

Recently had my 30+ years old touring caravan in with Lee and his team for servicing. Communication was brilliant beforehand and throughout. Lee took time to address any queries I had and explain clearly what work needed (and didn’t need!) done. Delighted with the quality of work completed and the reasonable cost of service and extras. My caravan steps had gone awol but Lee ordered a replacement set to be delivered to my home. Overall an excellent service and plan to book Bob in again next year!

New windows and doors fitted to a high standard quick and professional manner. Couldn’t recommend the team enough. Delighted with the end results
