Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with us! We’re thrilled to hear that you found our touring caravan service to be good value and that you’re very happy with the repair work we carried out. Providing excellent communication throughout the process is something we take great pride in, so it’s wonderful to know that this stood out to you.

We truly appreciate your honest feedback regarding the interior floor of your caravan. We always strive to ensure that every caravan is returned to its owner in the exact condition it was received, and we understand how important that is to our customers. Unfortunately, with the recent spell of non-stop rain, it’s been a challenge to keep everything spotless, and this sometimes affects the cleanliness of the floors. That said, your caravan’s floor should absolutely have been cleaned before handover, and we sincerely apologize for this oversight.

Please rest assured that we are taking your comments on board and will be reinforcing our cleaning checks to make sure this doesn’t happen again in the future. Your satisfaction means the world to us, and we want every aspect of our service to reflect the high standards we set for ourselves.

Thank you again for your kind words and for choosing Downshire Caravans. We’re delighted that you’re overall very pleased with our work and look forward to welcoming you back for any future refurbishment. Safe travels and warm regards from The Downshire Caravans Team !
