Donut hesitate ;) fantastic company !!
We ordered the era themed doughnuts for a Taylor swift party. Looked the part ,tasted even better !
These were a last minute order ! I’m super impressed with the fast turn around for these!
The team have been super helpful and quick to respond when I raised a question.
I have been recommending these to everyone! Will keep doughnut time in mind for future gift ideas , it’s also great they offer gluten free options too !!

Delicious Doughnuts
The overall service was great, efficient and the doughnuts arrived as planned and were delicious. Quality is always high, my order however was not correct, I had ordered a Ice Cream Spice and received an Ice Ice Bae Bae instead and I was a little disappointed that some of the classic doughnuts options were not available to order this time.

The doughnuts - super super yummy and also look amazingggg! I really recommend 👌

Not as good as they used to be
Not as good as they used to be, the fillings have been cut down massively, I used to love stopping here whenever in London or would order them online, but recently some doughnuts have not been as they used to. It's a shame but I guess that's the nature of cost of living

We're sorry to hear you were disappointed with your recent purchase. We have changed some of our previously filled ball doughnuts to ring doughnuts that are filled in four places. This is so that you can now enjoy the filling with every bite! Please rest assured that the grams of filling piped into the ring doughnuts is the same amount of grams that the doughnuts had inside as a ball, it is just spread out around the doughnuts.

Doughnut time went out of their way to ensure my order arrived.
I was ordering for a friend's birthday and put the wrong postcode in. I then didn't get the notification saying that they'd emailed me to amend it. After replying late (day of delivery) I was told that they'd checked with Royal Mail and amended the postcode on my behalf.
I am so thankful for this and am very impressed with their customer service. Would highly recommend and would order from here again.

I bought 12 doughnuts for my husband’s birthday and they were amazing! Excellent quality, delicious and very good value for money. They arrived perfectly on time and were well packaged. I highly recommend this company and the doughnuts!

Delicious & Brilliant Service
Doughnut Time provided a huge order of delicious themed doughnuts for my wedding. They were absolutely incredible, and stole the show! I also can't believe how big they were. We had other evening food and treats and there wasn't a single doughnut left. They went so fast, even the bride didn't get one! Can't recommend the Doughnut Time team enough.
