Delivered bang on time, donuts were awesome as always. Had loads of them delivered and not had a bad experience yet. Always amazing.

I was served by the lovely Thamela yesterday at Shaftesbury Ave, London. I was travelling home after work and their doughnuts caught my eye! I thought they’d make a lovely treat to bring home for the boys. Thamela boxed them up for me and put them in two bags so that I’d be able to carry them easily on the train. The boys loved them!! Thanks so much, will definitely be back :-)

Visited the Doughnut Time location on Shaftsbury Avenue, and loved our experience. The employee working there was friendly, and the doughnuts themselves were delicious. Favorites include the Stranger Rings and the Bruno Bars/Mars flavors!

Fresh, fast and fabulous as always. The speediness of the delivery was great and the taste of the doughnuts was even better!

Was so happy you brough the Stranger Rings back, one of my favourites, even if its currently only in a set 6 pack. If you brought it back as a regular single for order then would buy more :-). Great service as well and delivery.

Easy ordering, great flavour 6 pack for the 4th July, doughnuts always fresh and delivery was good.

Doughnit delivery was cancelled on the day. No communication received. Ordered next day but missed the special birthday. Reason forcdelivery failure was untrue. There were no road closures. Evri delivered 2 other parcels.

I recently brought some GF for my daughter’s wedding and they were delicious 🤤so I’ve brought some more for family barbecue,I would highly recommend.(I prefer the pink boxes my first delivery came in )

The most incredible donut one has ever tasted! Purchased at Thorpe Park, it was the nicest and freshest donut to ever grace my tastebuds. Thoroughly recommend Ice Ice Bae Bae - insane. Will be placing an order to be delivered to Leeds to show the North what they are missing out on.

I really adore Doughnut Time, they have the best doughnuts.

I have been placing orders with Doughnut Time for a number of years, but my recent delivery was even more exceptional than usual. I ordered a box of Eras doughnuts as a gift for my daughters who have just been to Wembley for the Eras Tour. As die hard Swifties they were delighted when I sent them the pictures of the doughnuts and can't wait to have them when they get home. My only fault is that the doughnuts are so beautifully themed that it is actually a shame to eat them ! I couldn't stop myself from having my share, and they definitely taste as good as they look.
Although the temperature was high, and the doughnuts had a long journey, they arrived in perfect condition, thank you to Mike who packed them with love !

Wow! Couldn’t rate Doughnut Time more if I tried 🫶 the products are delicious (my sister kindly treated me to some recently) and the customer service is top tier.
I sent a box to a friend and new mum, and sadly the box was taken from the delivery location that the courier had selected. Not Doughnut Time’s fault or issue to deal with, but I contacted them to see if there was any procedure that could be followed their side to follow up with the delivery company. Well, I was blown away with their generosity at sorted the situation in an instant. You don’t often get this kind and efficient customer service and it makes the world of difference. I’ll be spending a lot more money with them as a result!

Arrived on time, so no stress there! But the quality of the donuts were not to the same standard as we’ve previously had. They were very dense, dry and far too ‘bready’. Considering the price bracket of these (Father’s Day 6) I was very disappointed.

I have purchased doughnut times a few times now but I personally don't think that this was the best fathers day doughnuts. I did love the dad shaped doughnuts from last year. This won't put me off buying more it was just chocolate overkill. I know what a thing to complain about but even a white chocolate or red velvet could made a difference.
I have to say my personal favourite is the red velvet doughnuts. They are a game changer.
