Provided regular updates on delivery areas.

Customer service excellent. Distributor very pleasant and kept me updated. Usually there is a minimum distribution of 5000 but the company agreed to distribute 1000 for me in a very rural area. Printing good quality.

However,
1. The printing numbers were short so that delayed the distribution. Although the company did print more over and above the initial numbers and delivered them the next day.
2. Despite clear instructions not to leave pushed into gates or doors if a postbox couldn’t be found, I did have reports that flyers were on the floor. Not a good impression when you’re campaigning for election
3. I understood from residents that door2door advertising was also distributed with my flyer. This wasn’t agreed with me so I have essentially paid for advertising for the company which I’m not impressed with and could actually be illegal.

I had a dispute with dor2dor and it now has been sorted, so thanks dor2dor.

Every body was really helpful from the intial contact to receiving the updates of our leaflets being delivered. I am sure we will use this service in the future again.

I used the Stourbridge branch for a leaflet drop and received no tracking information or confirmation that the delivery took place. I followed up by email a few days later to request additional deliveries, but never received a response. I have tried calling but the phone is either turned off or goes unanswered. Poor communication and disappointing service overall.

I have been working with DOR-2-DOR Basildon for over 5 years now and I find them very reliable and trustworthy. George in particular takes time to discuss a plan for distribution and provides regular weekly reports. I would recommend the use of the service as we continue to use them. Thanks for you support.

I hired Dor-2-Dor (Basildon & Southend) for a leaflet distribution service (5,000 leaflets) in August 2024, paying £360 in advance. Over five months later, the service remains incomplete, and the company has ignored my formal complaints.

🚨 Major Issues:

Only 3,750 leaflets were confirmed as delivered.
750 leaflets have been "pending with staff" since September 2024, with no explanation.
500 leaflets are completely unaccounted for, and they refuse to provide proof of delivery (despite advertising GPS tracking).
They stopped responding after acknowledging my complaint in January 2025.
Despite multiple emails requesting updates and proof of service, they have failed to resolve the issue. I have since had to report them to Trading Standards and attempt a chargeback through my bank.

❌ Avoid this company if you want reliable leaflet distribution! Their failure to fulfil their contract, lack of transparency, and refusal to engage with complaints suggest they are not operating in good faith.

✅ Update:
Since my original review, Dor-2-Dor has been back in touch and offered to print and distribute 3,000 leaflets free of charge to make up for the previous issues. I’ve now received returned leaflets, which indicates this round of distribution has been completed.

We have worked with Dor-to-Dor for over a year now and we find them friendly and efficient. Our leaflets go out on time and this has help raise our profile locally.

It is a great way of getting out and exercising and also getting paid for doing it. Usually you can miss the bad weather as you have the whole week to complete the routes.
Very helpful people in the office as some of the routes can be confusing.

If you want to be paid to exercise then this is a great option.

Rothamsted Enterprises use Dor2Dor regularly for our leaflet drops in the Harpenden area. They are efficient, giving regular updates, and the phones start ringing when the leaflet drops happen!

The friendly area manager who contacts you for dropping off your leaflets for your rounds that week and is always contactable if you run into problems or just need some advice.

The fact that since joining I have never been healthier and lost two stone as a result.

Dor-2-Dor keep me accountable with my fitness goals, without actually coaching me in any way.
I love the arrangement of getting my exercise by delivering leaflets 3 or 4 times a week, which now affords me the ability to get a cleaner to clean my house nicely every other week. My leafleting "exercise job" pays for that, and so for me it's a complete win-win. Exercise and a clean home. What's not to love about that?
Apart from which, Vanessa and the team are super nice reliable people, and I'm thankful I am able to do this in the evenings, alongside my other commitments.

So I finally found out who is responsible for posting a huge pile of leaflets through my door. Today, it included an interesting leaflet ... Get Paid to Keep Fit .... Part Time Post People WANTED in your area. "Get paid to keep fit", Work part-time (min. 6 hours per week), Suitable for retired and semi retired, car owners preferred but not essential. And a quote from one of the post people: "I deliver one round a week and get £180 per month".
It doesn't take long to work out that working the minimum 6 hours a week, the pay works out at £7.50 for a 4 week month ... considerable less for one that stretches to 5 weeks. The current minimum wage is £11.44 which will increase to £12.21 in April. Hopefully, the 'car owners preferred' post people have been given a petrol allowance!
