I love the face moisturizer and facial scrub it makes my face look so youthful I’m forty and I look 28. My beauty secret. It’s very expensive but the best product in the world. My advice is to rack up during Black Friday sales!

Sadly I fell for this scam too. The sellers all follow the same script almost verbatim. So disappointed and kicking myself for falling for it. How are these predatory sellers allowed to set up shop at the mall is unbelievable.

DO NOT BUY THESE PRODUCTS!!! Period!! These people are scammers and you will not get what you paid for. These products should be illegal to sell as they a cheaply made ingredients. The salespeople prey on the weak. They have been scamming people all over the world. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. They have scammed people out of MILLIONS OF DOLLARS. TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW NOT TO BUY THIER PRODUCTS.

Literally the worst product I ever used. My face never felt moisturized and then started flaking off. I spent $500 on this ‘deal’ that was going on and regret every penny. Im throwing the bottle away. Such a rip off.

Packaging not up to standard. Box was way too big, causing item to tumble around in box

Super aggressive vendor tried to talk me into buying these products at a county fair in northern Ca. He talked a good talk and would flatter me about how beautiful my skin was for my age, (60) but then started in on how bad it's going to look very soon. Even showed me pics of much older women and tells me this is what comes next for me. Guess that was supposed to scare me into paying $240 for his "gifts". He wanted to GIVE me 3 products for the price of 1. If I'm going to spend $240 on skin care products it's going to be on products I KNOW will work. Plus I wasn't thrilled about how he put the product on the corners of my eyes w/o asking and later realized how horrible that part of my face looked due to my makeup getting all caked from the product.

Was pulled aside at the mall because the sales rep was completing my tattoos. He asked what I used on my face because it was so clear. I told him CeraVe because that’s literally all I need and I don’t need to put unnecessary product on my face. He told me he had something that would make my tattoos pop (I already have stuff that does a wonderful job) but I had some spare time so I figured why not. He rubbed the facial peeler on my arm and then the lotion. I will say it did nothing but make my tattoo shiny which can be achieved with any lotion on the market. He then tried to sell me the product for $150. Then $110. Then it was a buy one get one free deal. I understand he was just trying to do his job as a sales rep but it’a just not a product anyone needs nor should spend the money on. I mean maybe $50 but definitely not over $100.

I purchased eye cream regular price $495 memorial day special for $99US dollars. Shipping reasonable $20. Great deal until Import fees to Canada requesting $170. Had they printed on the item for shipping value was $99 import fees would of been assessed on that, but no they applied import fees on $495.

Amazing customer service as usual. I have been purchasing amazing products from this company for 5 years and have never been disappointed.

No problems, I received my order in a few days.

I received my package and it had liquid from one of the products spilled out all over everything inside, it was not packed properly or this would not have happened. It is a huge waste of my time and money to spend on anything if it’s spilled out and not able to be used. This does not help me to want to ever purchase more from your company especially if it does not get rectified. This was disappointing and I tried to email with photos sent, plus call immediately to discuss the matter yet was left with no responses for a solution and could not reach anyone.

I was talked into this by my granddaughter at the Houston Rodeo. Whatever they put under my eye sort of worked. It is not what I received. I was sweet-talked into buying for $199 (they started at $500). I put some under my eyes last week -- it burned my skin so badly and now I have the small bags and huge red puffy burns (and I have to go to my high school reunion this weekend). Used Advanced Eye Serum -- also have Non Surgical Lifting innovation which I will not dare try! The guy who sold it to me told me he was the owner of the company. LOL Wish I could post a picture of the results.

What a scam this product is. Purchase at Florida Mall. Tried to sell me eye lift plus "free" creams for $400. When I resisted, she knocked price down to $150. Claims of rebuilding collagen, contains peptides, other BS. It's just a shale product like the $14.95 Plexaderm product you can buy online. None of the claims true other than as it dries it tightens your skin, just like Plexaderm, but at 8x or more price.

While in PV Mexico I was pull d into theD’Or spa. I went to get eye cream but almost tied me to the chair to experience the face machine. Apparently it was the owner from Milan Italy giving me the speed. They started of at $6,900 US dollars. I was then offered several creams and the machine for $1,400 us. I have used the machine and creams to say a couple waste of money. I will make sure next year I warn people about this scam. Not worth it do not buy.

I was sucked into buying the eye pen for $440 dollars From Ramon Fashion valley San Diego, this man is the liar of the century! The product I brought home does not do anything for me , the free facial was a waste of time and he tried to sell me product starting at $6000
I wanted to slap him when I realized what he was doing, karma will get you , best believe that you twerp!
