Good quality products, delivered very promptly after placing my order with all three door handle types that I’d ordered proving straightforward to install.

Really poor product
Really poor product -
We bought latches and hardware for five doors. Two latches broke off within months. The first got stuck in the door jamming it shut. We had to get an emergency locksmith to unjam it. The second fell out and luckily didn't jam the door. We are in the process of getting a lock smith to assess all the door and replace the faulty hardware.

Reliable Quality
My handles were out of stock so set an alert, a great addition. A few days later I get my message, order my handles and two days later they arrive in time to get fitted by close, great service once again.

Items not Received Poor Service
Ordered 11x Queen Anne door handles and some latches on 1st Oct.
Received several emails from DHS on the same date to confirm my order and confirm next day delivery (which is predominantly the reason why I chose to use them).
My joiner started work on 6th Oct, but the handles had still not arrived, but no real urgency as he was with me for the full week.
I had received emails from the delivery company to say they had my parcel, so I was expecting it anytime.
Mid week still not arrived so I tracked the parcel. It showed it had been delivered. So I checked proof of delivery which showed an image of a parcel at a random doorstep with the label addressed to a random person and addressed to the wrong address.
I then contacted DHS customer service who said that this was a mistake and in fact my parcel had never been dispatched, as the items I had ordered were out of stock????
So why did they never bother to inform me of this, rather than telling me they would be delivered the next day, and holding on to my £214????
Very very poor service.
I had to buy from elsewhere, but the bonus was that they were £35 cheaper!

We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We are sorry to hear about the issues with your order and the incorrect delivery information. It is not the standard we aim for, and we will investigate why you weren't informed about the stock issue promptly. We value your feedback as we improve our service.
Great products with great service
I made multiple purchases from Door Handle Store and the quality and service is just great. I had to make a return for part of my most recent order and it was so easy to do. Well done.

Brass door handles
We found the door handles we really liked in Door Handle Store - great selection of door handles! - and at a very reasonable price, too. The delivery was swift. When I had a query about one item, the reply was prompt, polite and helpful. Five stars well deserved, shop definitely recommended. Thank you!
