The rep at the end of the call , made my life easy with the booking and did it quickly and thoroughly. I knew what holiday I wanted for me and clients and it was done professionally.

I don’t normally do reviews but I think this deserves it, the lady I spoke to was so friendly & helpful & gave me lots of info for my trip. If only there were more people like this, great customer service and would definitely recommend this company to others.

Not actually been on the tour yet but initial dealings with staff were great. The girls were lovely. System was playing up a bit, and did not like my address as it wasn't a house number, but that's just one of those things. It got sorted with good communication from the office ladies.

I enquired about the Andre Rieu tour in Maastricht, and no agent was available at the time of my call. I left a message, and was pleasantly surprised to receive a callback with complete information. Hayley Crane took care of my booking and was very helpful. She explained everything in detail and went out of her way to make the booking a simple transaction and was lovely and friendly too.

I booked a holiday for 4 people to Weston-Super-Mare & Bristol Xmas Markets and the service I got from Caroline was first class, reading other reviews I am sure it's her nature but all I can say is she's a great asset to your company.

Excellent Booking Service. Booked a weekend tour to the Thursford Christmas Show, the booking lady [wish I could remember her name] was excellent and explained the tour, the hotel and made sure we had ground floor rooms with easy access. Will certainly use them again.

Lovely selection of trip to choose from, easily booked and fast communication.

The tour we wanted was fully booked but decided to phone the company just in case they could help. However, being fully booked, we were offered a couple of alternatives by a very knowledgeable and helpful female. We did book.

Very disappointed we were offered a room with only a bath changed the room the toilet door didn’t close we had to get our own towels and take any garbage down to the bins outside Bingo every night leaving little time for entertainment Hotel is very run down all in all my good. Booked August bank hol. break in March (with Alfa). However, when I rang Alfa in July to pay balance discovered they had cancelled tour due to poor uptake and hadn’t told me. They had made an incorrect note of my phone no. so couldn’t get in touch by phone. They COULD have used email address but said they didn’t have it. They DID have my postal address but DIDN’T use it….. Useless!!
