Hayley emailed myself regarding booking a holiday again with them. Gave her my requests, she did say might not be possible as my request was for two single rooms and all single rooms had gone, but would keep checking. About a week later she got in touch and had found two holidays to suit my requirements. Wonderful service and would definitely recommend Door to tour.

I have used Door2tour a good few times now.;I find booking with them so easy. If I dont do on line booking, a simple phone call to the very friendly staff who point you in the right direction. I enjoy Christmas away with this company by meeting new friendly people.

In this world of faraway call centres, lengthy waits, and impersonal responses etc , it was an absolute joy to deal with both the lovely women at Door 2 Tour.
They went the extra mile in keeping me informed and I could not have asked for better service, and am very grateful for their follow-up call which secured my booking.

Approached a company who had been advertising a trip, unfortunately, no rooms available. Contacted Door 2Tour, Hayley was so helpful, again my choice had no rooms left, she contacted Hotel directly and was successful.

It was the most awful day trip we have been on, Coronation Street Experience with Caledonian travel on 11 April 2026.
It was part of my grandson’s Christmas Box. The weather was not great, but we thought we would be fine.
1. The seats were terrible to sit on no room between seats. My husband has a bad left leg, so I booked him on an aisle seat. But it was so uncomfortable, he stood at least 2 hours, he could not sit down.
2. We were not told in the itinerary we would be going to the Trafford Centre.
3. We got to Coronation Street Experience, we were asked to follow the driver to the venue, from the coach park. Only to have to stand outside for approximately 40-45 minutes, as we were told we could not go in as our tour did not start till 3. We had to stand outside in the freezing cold, rain and wind. We are both in our seventies with mobility issues. By the time we were let into the cafe area, we were freezing, as were the other people in our group, some of who were pensioners and had walking sticks. When we eventually got outside were the coronation street was, we were told once we started there was no toilet facilities on the 90 minute tour. We were so cold walking around. My husband decided to go back inside to go to the toilet, to be stopped by another tour guide. Asking where he was going, to be told he could not go in and would have to go back to our own tour guide and let her know. Then half way around the rain and hail stones started, but the tour guide wanted us to get near to her to listen, even the tour guide was soaking wet. I told her my husband was ill and he needed to go in, our clothes were soaking wet, and our feet. She informed me she would have to call a security guide to escort us back in. About 10 minutes later she arrived, we then had to walk for about 10 minutes back to the building. I could go on but it was an absolute disgrace and people need to be aware of all the restrictions. We were like cattle being herded about. Appalling.

Hayley provided a very pleasant, superb efficient service nothing was too much for her, would certainly use again.

having travel with Door2Tour on several occasions I certainly do appreciated the good services from Hayley/Caroline both are always so courteous and helpful certainly make booking so challenging that always have great advised from them it is really pleasure to do services with them and highly recommended

I have used Door2tour many many times to book coach holidays. I can't recommend them enough. They are so helpful and lovely. I am date driven and they explain all the options to me, plus they are quick to respond to email queries and have very much a caring human touch.

The booking processed was very easy.

Although I'm yet to depart, I cannot fault the booking service which allowed tremendous flexibility given I was travelling alone. Excellent communication made this much easier and the whole experience has whetted my appetite for what's to come! Thank you Hayley and Caroline
