I went to Door 2 Tour for the first time .The lady who I spoke helped find the right Christmas break {going the extra mile} After a horrid Shearing break last year this can only be better .Thank you and hope to go to this FAB little company again.

and have always found the sales staff to be really helpful

We really enjoyed watching the Edinburgh Tattoo live after seeing the show on TV many times.
The Rob Roy hotel was clean and comfortable. The food was tasty and plentiful.
However, the coach journey was unnecessarily long.We expected pickups along the way, but didn't expect the pickups to be so far away from the motorway.
We picked up in Crew,Manchester and Preston City centres, and left the motorway to pick up at a service station between Blackburn and Darwen.
The journey to Edinburgh from the West Midlands to Edinburgh was the 10 hours and 8 hours on the return journey as a feeder coach took people into Manchester and Blackburn with Darwen.

Simple and easy to book with lots of information to make an informed choice. Straight after booking, a friendly and professional follow up call to answer any questions. Definitely recommend and would use again.

Hayley was extremely helpful and efficient in finding us a Christmas break which was very much appreciated but I didn't realise it was part of the Just Go Group which I am already registered with.
Also I do find the name "door2door" misleading as I thought it would provide transport of some kind from our front door to a meeting place for the coach and back again. This is the reason that I contacted them in the first place as my mother is 93 and would have made it easier for her.

Hayley was extremely helpful and understood all my requests completely. Her communication was good and called me back several times with more information regarding my booking . Above all she had a warm and friendly voice !

I phoned because a Tour I had seen previously was not shown online. The lady who answered me went to a great deal of trouble tracking the details for me and then completed my booking over the phone. She answered all of my queries and confirmed that I was in the area for door to door pick- ups. She was very helpful and pleasant throughout.

Speculative phone call to door 2door resulted in a the exact package for me and my partner. They even accommodated my late change of travel date with minimum fuss! Can't thank them enough.

Very helpful and nothing was a problem. Sent information promptly on all what I was interested in.
I rang and had to leave a message and someone came back to me in about 10mins cant ask better than that. Very polite and curtsies.

The advertisement offered a single supplement for £100. However it seemed impossible to book this on line. Hayley Crane and her staff spent over a week trying to persuade her organisation to accept my booking and were at length successful.

Royal Ascot Ladies Day x2 day event June 2023. FANTASTIC! Great up date and help with booking and details. Transport hotel the whole thing… brilliant. Will 110% be booking with you xx. Hayley cane- thank you

Nothing was too much trouble, especially as I had trouble finding a moment without my other half being around in order to book it as a surprise.
