Ich habe im Juni und Juli 2025 6 Produkte dieser Firma gekauft. Sie sind alle Schrott. Es wird nichts weiterentwickelt, wie ich gehofft habe. Es geht nur darum, die Käufer mit gutem Marketing und Versprechungen über den Tisch zu ziehen und dann das nächste Produkt marketingmäßig aus dem Hut zu zaubern. Nicht kaufen. Kostenlose Produkte sind um vieles besser!

The worst experience ever. I paid, and the webpage just refresh to another pay page! Got an email telling me I will be getting my login from a separate email, but never did! Wrote to the support team for a refund, no responds! I'm gonna do a dispute from my cc company. Ridiculous, yes I'm totally gonna build a website, charge people's money and not give them anything, great idea.

I bought DoodleMaker to create whiteboard-style videos for my coaching content. On paper it looks great, but in real use I’ve run into multiple persistent problems:

– Slide order corruption: On multi-slide projects, the slide order often gets jumbled after saving. Even when I numbered the text and slides, they came back out of sequence.
– Timing doesn’t stick: I can edit the drawing time for doodles, but the display time changes don’t apply correctly in the rendered video, which breaks the pacing of my projects.
– Broken rendering: Some images look fine on the canvas but export with missing or partially drawn areas.

I reported all of this with screenshots and environment details (Chrome on Windows 10) and asked for a workable solution. The issues affected multiple projects and forced me to repair every video in another editor (Camtasia), which defeats the purpose of using DoodleMaker.

When I later requested a refund based on these ongoing technical problems, support simply replied that I was outside the 30‑day guarantee and refused to help further. No goodwill exception, no real attempt to address the defects.

If you’re a professional creator who needs stable, predictable behavior and precise timing, be very cautious. The marketing promises a lot, but my experience has been unreliable output and rigid support tied strictly to the 30‑day window.

They are a scam. I paid the subsription but no payment confirmation received, no log in details received.
I am goign to teh police to stop them from doing this to others.

I was genuinely excited to try DoodleMaker, hoping its AI-powered tools would streamline my video creation process. Unfortunately, the reality was far from what I expected.
After spending hours building a 13-slide project from scratch, I attempted to convert it into a video. The platform repeatedly displayed a vague message claiming the process could take hours—but it never actually completed the conversion. The AI tools, which were supposed to enhance productivity, felt more like placeholders than functional features.
Customer service was equally disappointing. Every time I reported an issue, their default response was to "clear your browser cache," which did absolutely nothing to resolve the problem. When I requested a refund, my messages were ignored. Only after persistent follow-ups did they offer an upgrade to the deluxe version.
While the upgrade allowed the project to convert, it introduced new problems. The ready-made templates appeared to include images, but once selected, they loaded without any visuals. Reporting this issue led me to a technical support contact based in Morocco, which created a significant time zone gap. Despite promises of a video call to troubleshoot, the support agent never followed through and stopped responding altogether.
In summary, DoodleMaker failed to deliver on its promises. Between unreliable functionality, poor customer support, and unresolved technical issues, I cannot recommend this product to anyone serious about video creation.

I strongly recommend not to purchase it. There are no proper tutor videos. some 10-12 old kid explains which you wont understand, waste of money waste of time

I was excited to try Doodle Maker, but it didn’t live up to the hype. The image library is mostly clipart, not real hand-drawn doodles—which is pretty ironic given the name. The text-to-voice sounds robotic, even in the deluxe upgraded version, and the video library is focused on occupation icons so it lacks variety for more creative storytelling icons. On top of that, the whole experience felt sales-heavy—before I even got to the product, I was bombarded with endless upsells.

When I first requested a refund, they offered me an upgrade instead. I tested it, but it still wasn’t what I needed. When I asked for a refund again, they went silent. Only after I left a review did they respond with more offers. That said, once I pushed further, they processed my refund immediately, which I appreciate. Decent customer service in the end, but the product wasn’t for me.

What they promise in the 1st part of the sale is an over-sell. You get a really basic app, with amateur templates, bad voices and cheap music. Only after you pay, do they pop up and ask for more money to give you what was originally promised.

I had a problem with the application. and I have been reached out by the team. This is amazing the way the resolve my concern and help me was awesome. The application is very helpful for my project and I am sure it will take me to the next level. I will keep you posted with my experience since I love to share it with all of you. Thank you doodlemaker team for helping me. I appreciate it and cannot wait to share more.

Update2:
The doodlemaker customer service now contacted me and explained that there probably was a technical issue preventing the mail with the login data get through to me. As they are now very engaged I go up to 5 stars.

Update: I received my login data, so 2 stars plus. 3 in total because it's still not very customer friendly not to get login data directly after purchase.

1 star so far. If they get more depends on when I get my login data. I purchased doodlemaker, paid via PP and never so far received any login data. So I paid for something I can't use.
Just read on the website that they don't work on weekends. Great for you. I do. And I need to make videos. That's why I bought (or rather thought I bought) doodlemaker.
So thanks for nothing so far.
More stars possible if anybody ever gives me my login data and a reason why that takes so long in the year 2024.

I had to cancel my subscription after more than 30 days because of a change in personal circumstances. After a few exchanges, Customer Service agreed to refund me fully and did it within a few hours. A rather generous gesture rarely seen in these days of greed!

Update - after sending a further email indicating that I had left a review on Trustpilot, I received a response and most of my money was refunded. I have also been given access to certain uses in the App and other offers. I’m not sure if it was the poor review that galvanised action or it was simply communications that went astray as they suggested, but I feel more confident in the support and customer services.

Very limited - there are much better options out there. I purchased a subscription and could only see how limited it is after the fact. I reached out, trying to engage in a conversation about a refund immediately but despite a couple of emails to their support, I have received no response. I would recommend doing thorough homework before committing to a purchase. It is $70 dollars I am never going to benefit from.

There is only a email for support and not chat or phone call support. Looks shady as there is no response or acknowledgment for the email I have sent regarding this.

Only after contacting them via fb after 2 days, someone responded and fixed the problem. The problem got fixed now, and I am able to login. After using it for a week, I feel, there are many bugs in the system that needs to be fixed, like for example, when I edit some slides after making, the text to speech, still reads the old text. Have to save it multiple times. Also once I cloned the project and auto-translated the language on the new one. After that even the original project too the language changed. Had to manually edit the original slides and save it to get the previous language on the older project. Also there aren’t really useful artwork, I had to import most from elsewhere. Also with the timeline it offers, it is difficult to figure the speech vs video, it consumes hours to get it right.The, pros I see are the TTS is life like and not too robotic and the custom drawing pattern is available.
