I have tried to play with you three times, and each time it has become very clear to me that the live roulette from Lucky Streak is manipulated. The layout is poor, and the user interface is worthless. There is a delay in the video, no list of previous numbers, and the racetrack has no option to choose neighbors. Overall, it's worthless. The endless losing bets and the strangest combinations I have never encountered in my life at a live table. There is absolutely no randomness in the results—only repeated numbers that fail when you play them, and sections that completely die when you bet on them. As a casino, you should have your games in order and at least provide some entertainment since people pay for it. 🚨SCAM ALERT🚨
After depositing, I changed my mind and requested to withdraw my funds as something felt off about this site, and I was right. I was told it wasn’t possible without wagering the full amount, which I wasn’t comfortable with. They then stated my account was closed and had no way of receiving my funds.
I have now raised a formal complaint, and they’ve said they will have to deduct 20% for not meeting the criteria. At no point was this called out, it’s not included anywhere at the point of depositing, or signing up. They literally don’t have Ts and Cs to check. No mention of this deduction or betting requirements included anywhere. These are criminals hiding in plain sight.

I have raised a case with my bank, and will be reporting this to the necessary authorities.
