following my previous review - theyve now voided my balance and closed my account, which had legitimate winnings, for calling them out and telling them they are thieving scumbags after weeks on weeks of attempted withdrawals that were rejected for no reason, and no communication from support - only silence when it comes to paying out - before that they were eager to get all my KYC details. This is clearly an attempt to avoid paying out. stay well, well away from this scamming scumbags.

The worst experience I've ever had with an online organisation. Stay clear. Awful customer service. The list is endless . How they get away without paying anyone out is staggering.

I won over £5,000 on BetNuvo, completed all verification, and tried to withdraw. Instead of paying me, they ignored every message, confiscated my winnings, and then blocked my account without any explanation.

This behaviour is unacceptable. Avoid this casino — they take your money and refuse to pay when you win.

Just a warning for anyone thinking of using this site. Last year I deposited €100 and ended up winning €25,000. I waited for 2 days while my account got verified. 2 days later I checked my account to find my balance was empty. I contacted the live chat numerous times but they told me each time that another department was handling it. They said that the money id won was void because in their terms and conditions I couldn’t place a bet larger than €1. I was buying bonuses to get that money so if their terms are conditions are like that then how am I able to buy a bonus or make a stake larger than €1. Anyway I’d stay away completely.

Absolutely awful company. They prey on vulnerable people. I opened an account around 2 years ago, I lost control of my gambling & asked them to close down my account immediately, indefinitely. After 3 separate emails spread over a few weeks, with reassurances that my account would be closed, here we are 2 years on, the account still fully open. This time though, I won. Since my account opened, I’ve deposited over £500 GBP. I tried to withdraw a tiny amount (£100 GBP), only for it to be rejected. They want an even more thorough verification process. I’ve sent bank statements, phone bills, images of my card, only for them all the be rejected. They’ve been more than happy to continuously take my money, even when I’ve emailed for them to close it down, yet as soon as I win, they won’t pay out. Disgusting company, every 1* review is real. Avoid these, they are unlicensed, malicious & they prey on vulnerable people.

Withdraw rejected 14 times they says the system does it as to many requests by other players. Support agents say same thing . It's all robots. Support never email back

My experience with Betnuvo was just like many others here, I got scammed. Last week, I tried to withdraw my money and it was rejected twice. First, they said it was due to high requests. Second time, they blamed the weekend and told me to try again on Monday.

I tried again on Monday and today, rejected again. I went to the live chat for the 4th or 5th time, and as soon as I typed "hello", I got kicked out and the chat icon disappeared from my account.

Don’t believe any of the positive reviews, they’re fake and paid for. The company will tell you that bad reviews come from people who lost their funds, but the truth is they’re scammers and they will not pay you no matter what you do.

Save your money and stay far away from this platform!

They refuse to pay my winnings under the pretext of KYC issues, even though I have sent all the required documents.
First, they rejected my proof of address, claiming that it was in French – which is obvious, since I live in France. They then demanded an English version of the document. I eventually managed to obtain it and sent it to them immediately.
Then, they deliberately delayed the validation for an extra week, bringing the total wait time to two weeks since the start of the KYC process. And in the end? THEY REFUSED TO VALIDATE THE DOCUMENT AND ASKED ME TO SEND THEM A PAPER VERSION!
I have played on many online casinos, but this is the first time I have seen such abusive and probably illegal practices, clearly designed to scam players and confiscate their money.
PLEASE, DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM. INSTEAD, REPORT THESE SCAMMERS! THEY MUST BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE.

Total scam. I've been trying to withdraw my money since 25/11/2024. The betting company keeps making excuses. First, they said there were too many withdrawal requests, then it was the weekend, and the payment was automatically rejected. After that, several of my withdrawal attempts weren't even acknowledged. I tried withdrawing money again on 6/1, but it was rejected with the excuse that my bank statement was outdated. I sent them the updated statement via email, and to this day, no one has responded. The live chat keeps repeating that I will receive a reply.

I strongly recommend avoiding this casino because you will never get your money. They won’t respond, and after some time, they’ll claim your documents are outdated and start the whole cycle again. It cost me 350 EUR—don’t register, or you’ll lose your money.
