Overall very satisfied with a couple of exceptions
The kit arrived in good shape with no missing parts and no damage. I had it professionally assembled by a local service for $1400, well worth the money. I am overall happy with the sunroom, but slightly disappointed in the gaps between the sliding doors and walls-about 1/2", enough for bugs to fly in. The kit should include some sort of weather stripping to fill the gaps. Other than that, everything is good. Side note- I was able to purchase an Alien Draft Seal set on Amazon for under $20. This product did a great job of sealing the gaps. I would add it on to any Domi Sunroom Order.

While the current kit is designed to allow for proper alignment and operation of the doors, we understand your concern about bugs entering through the 1/2" gap. We recommend adding weather stripping or foam backer rod (available at most hardware stores) as a practical solution.

Good Experience with DOMI
DOMI Outdoor Living’s product & customer service are wonderful. While the gazebo was not as simple to assemble as we’d hoped, we are happy with the outcome. It’s beautiful. There was an issue with a damaged carton delivered by FedEx that was quickly rectified by the DOMI customer service team. We’re happy customers.

Fast efficient service
Bought my gazebo a year ago the netting got damaged and I reached out to get a replacement. There were no issues with connecting or getting the replacement. Love my gazebo and would recommend this brand.

Received our pergola in a timely…
Received our pergola in a timely manner. We did inventory of the parts and everything was there. I must say, it takes at least 2 people to put this together. The top was the most challenging part as the directions weren't very clear, but once we figured it out, it went quicker. Took 3 days to put together by 2 people, occasionally 3 when we were connecting the 4 poles. All in all, we love the look and we are happily enjoying it! Now let's see how it will hold up in a hurricane!

Replacement parts
I needed some replacement parts for my gazabo due to storm damage on the roof. We were able to determine appropriate replacement parts, I ordered them and were delivered as I requested. The person I was dealing with was very helpful.

Not the quality I expected, a nightmare to assemble.
It was not the quality I expected. I had a gazebo at my other home that was similar in style and size that had much bigger corner post and trim around where the curtains hang. This was hard to tell from the pictures. The assembly was a nightmare compared to my other one which I purchased at Lowes.

The quality is great
The quality is great. If you do not know how to put together a difficult puzzle and plan on 5-6 days then this is not for you . My husband is in woodworking and used those skills and needed them to put the pieces together. It is very specific so one page at a time . And patience. I am enjoying this beautiful canopy. Oh and two to three people and your own tools . Maybe a few beers

I have tried 3 or 4 times to get this…
I have tried 3 or 4 times to get this problem resolved my box was damaged, but everything was there except 1 leg for the coffee table and the hardware for the table. I have sent pictures to Penny and. I guess I need to contact the BBB.

Ordered 2 covers for my deck
Ordered 2 covers for my deck. The first one didn’t work because of the gable end up against a door but I was able to sell it to a friend. The second one is working well. I would however suggest different packaging since both of them had a dent in one of the columns and a few scratches on the underside of the roof.
