First week of using the buggy has been an absolute godsend. We're on holiday in Brixham Devon which is full of climbs and hills. Although our 9 year old pug "poppy" has plenty of go in her, we have recently had to cut our walks/ days out short as she does tire a lot quicker. The buggy has totally changed that now with her being able to take breaks whenever she needs to.
So many people have been stopping us wanting details of the buggy and the company we bought it from as its such excellent quality.
Cannot praise the staff at Doggy and Moggie enough with their help and advice over the phone as to which stroller would suit ours and our dogs needs compared to other online companies we had contacted. Delivery was spot on plus they give you a 10% discount code which will beat any price from all the other companies selling this item

I can’t praise my experience with this business enough. Superb customer service and attention to detail. Indeed, I am struggling to think of a better quality of service. I am delighted with the stroller I purchased and most importantly, my dogs love it!! Thanks Karl, you have been absolutely great and gone the extra mile to make sure I got the right product.

I purchased an Innopet Hercules for my 17 and 16 yr old terriers who were struggling with age related mobility issues. The pushchair itself is acceptable and generally meets the criteria for which it was purchased; the ride is smooth and comfortable for them and it is easy for me to navigate over different terrain. However, it is only just large enough to contain both dogs ( 10 and 11 kg ) comfortably. Comfort is the most important thing too given the reason most people would purchase this type of vehicle; the next size down claims to fit two spaniel sized dogs which on paper should have meant it would have fit our dogs with room to spare but we made a paper template of the internal dimensions and found this was simply not the case. Other minor niggles : 1. only one colourway and not a particularly attractive one 2. Pretty impossible to fold down eg to put in a car boot when on your own and with dogs in hand. And you would need seriously calm and unruffled dogs if doing so. 3. “Cup holders” aren’t well described - they are elasticated pockets to hold only the slimmest bottles of water and again you need both hands to use them. 4. The design could easily have accommodated and would benefit from a couple of hooks to hold leads of any dog(s) walking alongside. The whole operational experience would be smoother and less cumbersome as a result. 5. If you expect this to fit through standard internal doorways without collapsing it you will probably be disappointed 6. Single sheet set up instructions could be improved. 7. Handle has two different heights and is rattly/wobbly in either.

I would have given a higher star rating had it not been for the unpleasant customer service I encountered: There were no written maintenance instructions plus I had a query about the tyres which looked rough and unfinished because of an overall coverage of what resembled rubbery hairs. As a designer aesthetics are important to me and I was disgusted to have one of the agents firstly claim all the stock photographs showed these “tyre spews” when they clearly did not: he was selective in the photograph he chose. Secondly this same agent asked me what I wanted them to do about the issue and then, in the same breath and so without waiting for my response, inferred I was hoping for a new set of tyres.

Nothing could be further from the truth. I have never been more insulted by anyone and I certainly don’t go shopping to have my character judged so vituperatively. I will never shop with these people again - instead I shall invest my money in those businesses who appreciate their customers.

Really pleased with the service, price and speed of delivery! Ordered an Innopet Sporty dog stroller from Doggy & Moggy for our old Border Collie. She absolutely loves it and now it’s much easier for longer walks which she couldn’t do before!

Great aftercare too as wanted to ask a question and they got back to me quickly.

Would 100% recommend!!!

Perfect in every way
I have 2 small terriers who are both getting on in age so I wanted something which could handle both of them without compromising on their comfort.
This pram delivered.
It was worth every penny, initially I was looking at cheaper alternatives but I'm glad I chose this as the quality is superb. It's also really easy to put up and down with only one hand, something that is required when trying to manage both dogs whilst taking out of the boot.
Prior to buying, I rang the owner of the business, Karl, for some advice. Not only was he incredibly helpful, I could also tell he was really passionate about dogs and was keen to find the right product for me.
This is one happy customer (and 2 happy dogs!).

My dogs have reached a point walking can be painful rather than leave at home bought them a stroller. Doggy & Moggy had a very nice all terrain 3 wheel model that looked a good buy. The shop did everything they could and dispatch and communication was very good

In fairness the review would be 5 star however the courier DX was poor I do think that is a courier fault though the seller decides what company represents them for the last mile and DX did not offer a good last mile service

So the shop good but beware if DX are poor in your location you might waste lots of time waiting for drivers not arriving
