Customer services deplorable
Customer services deplorable. I called them for cancelling my internet service because I am moving out. The guy spoke to me very badly, at the limit to attack me, so when I raise my voice, 2 minutes later he put me on hold for a wrong reason & I get another colleague when I needed to start again all the process. She was not really pleasant too.
Internet is very low & I am not recommended at all this service provider.

4 weeks and still no phone.
They suspended my account because I was 1 week late due to be unconscious in hospital.
When I was able to I paid the bill and have been trying to get it reactivated ever since.
After 6 x 45-1 5hr phone calls, 4 email requests and 7 online chats l, they still don't know how to reactive my account. Their agents are all simple mined sheep with no intelligence to solve a problem.
Every agent says the same thing. After being on hold for over 1 hr they come back and say "I have escalated your enquiry and our supervisor with call you with the next 8 business hours".
Yet never once have they called back.
Now I have processed a formal complaint with the Telecommunications Ombudsman and the ACCC.
Hopefully they can help get Dopy dodo reactive my phone.

Don’t waste you time and money please! Dodo will do nothing to help you with your internet connection issue. I had this issue for 1 month and they did not care and even not send a technician to fix it! They will deduct around 30% of the modem as well and will refund the rest of your money. Terrible service, terrible provider ever!

Just let anyone wants to know if DODO a decent mobile provider, this is my experience just activating their SIM: I tried more than 3 times to do it on their website, and seemed have gone through as its system told me I would receive an email to inform me once everythings are right, But I waited for three days and nothing happened.And no one called to follow up if my connection is OK!

Yeah, the reviews are right.
Terrible costumer service, I changed my phone plan to them recently, and couldn't send mms. Called them up and they made me send my ID. Nothing changed so called a couple days later and the guy on the phone said they didn't verify my ID so I had to do it again. He was nice and verified while I was still on the phone.
Then I realise my mobile data isn't working, so I call again and the lady simply says the data is down and just wait for it to come back.
It's been 2 weeks and no data, Dodo is a dud.

They disable MMS when porting over to them. Enabling requires photo ID verification. The only telco that does this. When I submitted a support ticket over the phone, the dodo rep was actually trying to sell me nbn at the same time. Bye dodo. 👋
No internet connection
I am without internet connection almost 3 days. Call customer service, the agent ask me to wait 48 hours, later they will escalate to another team to check the nbn 25 connection. I am really regret I join Dodo. No recommendation to others. I having Dodo modem still having a issue. Location Narre Warren 3805

I have been getting harassed by them all of last month and now this month. I no longer have an account with them. I paid the money to have my account closed/cancelled and now they’re threatening me.
I would not recommend being with this service. It’s been 2 years since I was last with them and they’re hitting me up for money that I do not owe.

They are the worst
Their mobile service was misleading in terms of the offer, I found I couldn't receive crucial SMS messages when overseas to get into banking so the service was useless for me. Once they latch onto your credit card details you can't cancel your account through their portal yourself (you have to ring them, but I was overseas and needed to do it online which is impossible). After months of taking payments for a service I used for one day in the end I froze my credit card. But now they're still not responding to my continued requests to cancel the service and instead are threatening me with court, recovery, and putting a black mark on my credit history. They're awful.

Dodo what a joke trying to play Warzone on 3 consoles in 1 household and nothing but lagging and can’t even hold a solid connection longer then a couple seconds last time using there service and they keep upping the prices every year hahah what a joke dodo is a no no 🤬

Spam calls and emails even if you so much as enter your contact details for Internet sign up and then abort. You'll never hear the end of them.

Don't waste your time or money with them. Just pay the 5bucks more and go with someone else who knows how to actually look after their customers.
I've been with them for 4 months because I wanted to try a new provider, nothing but dramas, drop outs and a very hesitant refund policy.
I had been calling them for 2 weeks trying to get them to sort out my non existing internet, but I only had it in writing that it had been down for 3 days.
They offered me a $7 refund because they only had 3 days on their books.
I wouldn't be calling and asking you to fix it for 2 weeks if your service bloody worked in the first place.
Pull your head in and go somewhere else before you lose your mind like I have.

I recently applied for an nbn internet because they offer one of the affordable plans. It's been 2 weeks now since I received my modem but still still don't have my internet connection. I tried calling "technical support" to know what's going on but customer service has been useless and does not have any knowledge about "technical support" at all. Their response all the time is try to call back another day, and still get to talk to another mediocre customer support personnel who obviously does not know half of what they're talking about. It so frustrating getting back and forth with customer service who are incompetent and useless. Now, I know why they're the cheapest. Customer service is the worst I've ever experienced.
If you want to save your sanity, never go with DODO.
