Stay away from this company! There is zero customer service. All they want is your money and if their product isn't right for you they don't care.

My first order with this company went ok without a problem. I have now ordered my second month and the product was shipped the next day but it was sent to George and I live in Texas. I have already paid for it but trying to get someone to even respond to my text or email has been nothing. I am not sure what is going on but it is like no one is home. Hopefully you have better luck than me.

I only ordered 1 month of the weight loss pill in order to make sure I could handle any side effects. Luckily, I did not have any so I decided to do the 6 month plan. I could not get the reorder to give me the 6 month plan price, so I emailed and text the Dr. Adam contacts. I was answered almost immediately and after all the questions I had, the email person pretty much walked me through the process to get the lower price. While this was going on, the text support people messaged me as well. If the weight loss pill works as well as the support staff, I am going to be one happy, not over weight customer.
I have never had such kind and concerned customer service in my life.

I had some concerns & Emma responded & answered all my questions.
I am still waiting on my order so I can start this new journey.

Am writing this review because of Alan, I ordered a shipment which I waited for days and I didn’t hear anything back, I called and texted but no response and the next message I got says shipment delivered which isn’t true. I was so confused and disappointed so I decided to send an email to the support team and this Alan surfaced and started helping me, this person is so helpful, prompt, answered all my questions and lead me to the right path, I will forever be grateful because if not for him, I don’t even know how I would have solved this since no one ever picks their customer service number.

I’m not certain whats going on with this company just yet. so far I’ve been unsuccessful when it comes to actually speaking to someone verbally.I call and they text me back instead of answering the phone .I placed my order 4 days ago and can never get a accurate date on when my prescription will be shipped
