CFH have been amazing in supporting the charity especially during COVID where we had limited staff. The ability to send posted mail from the comfort of your own home has been a game changer.
The service we recieve is first class and nothing is "too much" for them. Highly recommened

The service from Docmail, especially Nicki and her team has been amazing. They are always on hand to offer help, support and advice which has really helped with some of our large, urgent and important mailings

I'm a newbie to Docmail, and had a large merge to get out. When I ran into difficulties through my own lack of understanding with the system, Nicki and the team moved into action to support me and to ensure that the documents were sent when required. They were so helpful!
Brilliant service supplied by a great team

We had almost all of our marketing done through DocMail and the quality and speed of their service is outstanding in the UK. I’m truly blown away.
I’m writing this review as I hold some of the postcards we sent through them (the ones people sent back where the addressee doesn’t live there anymore). I’m amazed by the quality of this beautiful postcard with a deer on it.

We have used Docmail for a few years now and love everything about it. The setup was a breeze and we were supported every step of the way when learning to use it. It allows us to send anything from a single letter to 10,000 letters with ease and we always receive excellent service regardless of the size of the mailing. The print driver is especially useful now when the majority of my team are working from home. Their customer service is excellent and as such we have a brilliant working relationship with them. Nothing is ever too much trouble and any issues are always resolved quickly.

RBC/BDC have been using CFH / Docmail now for about three years for ad hoc letters and during that time moved all of our system bulk mailings eg Council Tax, Benefits and more recently invoicing, debtors etc over. Have built up a good working relationship and they have supported us integrating this with our existing systems and as other systems have been replaced (and continues as other ancient systems are upgraded). This has led to efficiencies and such a bonus now in the covid world as staff working from home do not need to get their letters to the post room! Would recommend CFH and the supportive staff.

We used to print and post huge number of invoices and statutory letters each week. Nobody liked envelope stuffing. We switched to docmail and automated it all via their API, no more stuffing envelopes, & we saved money!

I work for a local authority and have been using Docmail for a number of years now. We can send out anything from 10 letters to over 1,000 with enclosures, it has saved us time and money sending our post out in this way. It saves time on staff resources on printing, folding and the postage cost is cheaper. Easy to use and great customer service if needed.

GP Mailings
We're a GP practice and have been using Docmail for a number of years. Its a really cost effective and efficient way of doing bulk mailings, but the print driver makes it possible to send a single letter quicker and cheaper than you could manually post. Good customer servi ce-you can speak to a human when you need help e.g. with your template documents. Realy good when hard copy needed.

We have been using Docmail for some years now, always have excellent service, its quick, easy and efficient cost effective way to send mail. Foe single or bulk mailings it supports our needs.

Simple, excellent service. Really great service that is simple and uncomplicated. We integrated with their mailing API in a matter of hours and can now send letters automatically. They also have a printer driver if you have less complicated needs. It is simply brilliant.

What a great way to share a printer with the world. I don't have a printer at home because I need one once every 2 months and because of that I had to travel a few miles to have my documents printed. However with docmail I can do that from my desk and have it delivered by mail in a couple of days on a good qaulity paper and save some storage space as well as the environment for not having a printer made for me only to collect dust on my desk.
