DMB Car Seats Anmeldelser

2nd seat purchased and fitted by dmb car seats, fabulous service can’t thank you enough

Debbie was fab with sizing up our bubba for a car seat, takes safety extremely serious and was very informative in regards to what we wanted / needed.

Amazing service, thank you so much! Car seat arrived very quickly and the communication and help with fit and installation is always amazing from Deborah. Always recommend her to friends!
Thank you

Fantastic service from dmb car seats. I ordered online and received my car seat super fast. Communication was great from dmb, due to dmb not being in my area. I was sent mini videos of how to install carseat. Unfortunately there was a fault with my carseat but dmb went out of there way to assist me.

I would absolutely recommend this service and I look forward to using dmb in the future when we need a new carseat.

10/10 😊

I received very helpful advice on which car seat to buy and a quick service too. I am really please with my purchase.

Slow start, youtube assist videos, then it all clicked. This is a heavy seat. Is that important, yes, life counts.

Can't recommend Deborah more - she was fantastic in helping us pick the most suitable car seat for our needs. My daughter is much more comfortable and has even made car journeys much more relaxing, thank you so much!

Amazing knowledge, patient and kind.
Brilliant service

Not only did they have in stock exactly what I wanted, the communication and personal support I received was brilliant. I had a lot of questions (as you do about car seats and safety) and I received helpful, timely answers to all of them. I will absolutely be recommending to everyone.

Deborah was excellent. She's so knowledgeable and helpful. We were struggling to find seats which were compatible with our van. Deborah came to our house and let us try a few seats in our van. We love the car seat she recommended (Axkid minikid 4). She also came back out to our house and installed the seat for us which really filled us with confidence that the seat is safely installed. Would definitely recommend her and wouldn't hesitate to use her services again.

Deborah was super helpful in finding me a seat for my daughter, we needed to upgrade from her infant carrier. I had lots of questions which she was always happy to answer and gave me some great recommendations.
Delivery was super quick too, really happy and recommend DMB car seats!
Thank you

A fantastic local business, you can’t beat this kind of personal one to one service! From our first enquiry right through to after delivery/fitting support Deborah was ever so helpful giving excellent advice on factors to consider when buying and then small tweaks to our install to make sure we had the best possible fit for our little girl. We are delighted and would certainly use DMB again in future and highly recommend to others.

Great service as always. Very knowledgable and happy to help with any questions.

I got fantastic advice over the phone and felt very confident with my purchase. Fast delivery and great, competitive deal. Thank you!

Unbelievably quick delivery and amazing customer service. I always message with any car seat queries and always get answers straight away!

Having followed DMB for a while now I know they supply good quality products with safety as a focus. Now we’re approaching winter I was trying to find items that would be warm but remain safe in the car. I was thrilled to see DMB stocking a car poncho! Great customer service from start to finish including a text message to confirm the order and delivery details. Super happy with the item too, it’s absolutely perfect and it’s well designed and fabricated. My baby is safely harnessed and still snuggly warm in and out the car. Thank you so much! ☺️

Went to see Deborah today, this is the 2nd time she has fitted a car seat for us.
Everything was explained really well, demonstration of how to set up the seat and how it works.
Would highly recommend Deborah, very knowledgeable and great after sales service also.

I contacted Deborah looking for advice to ensure my baby was seated in his car seat correctly as well as info on upsizing. She messaged me back promptly & was more than happy to help. I was able to send her some photos & she explained on how he should be seated. I highly recommend DMB even if you’re just looking for any support as she is more than happy to help.

Deborah has so much knowledge and advised so well for your specific budget / requirements. Super friendly and accommodating

Exceptional advise and service. Lots of time taken to show as many car seats, that were appropriate to my child’s age and weight. Full explanation and installation shown for each individual one. Any questions I had, were all answered extremely well with informed and educated advise. I couldn’t have gone anywhere better. I will be coming here for any future car seats
