My car was picked up by transporter as arranged with care. I was kept updated and informed from inspection to repairs. My car was then delivered back as arranged, again with care, by transporter. Both drivers very polite and helpful. My car looked new when it came back and l am very happy with the service l have received. Thank you.

What an amazing service! From start to finish, the whole process exceeded my expectations by a very long way. My car was picked from my home, repaired to an exceptionally high standard and then delivered back to my home. Was contacted pretty swiftly by DLG, car was driveable and picked up by them at home. Repairs were carried out very quickly and faults discussed over the phone. Was away on day of delivery but car was dropped off and I was able to review the work on my return. The whole process was smooth, efficient and standard of work fantastic. Very pleased and though I dont particularly want to have another accident I would definitely use them again.

After damage was done to the offside rear wing against a wall, Direct Line put me in touch with DLG Auto Services for the repair. My wife and I were contacted immediately and their well organised, compassionate, streamline and professional services kicked into gear. A courtesy car was organised and delivered to our home and our damaged car taken to their workshop for repair.

The staff were very helpful and kept us up to date with every stage of the repair via telephone calls, emails and through their online panel. Our vehicle was returned with a first class repair, with a perfect match on the Pearlescent White bodywork and the dents had vanished! The drivers, Duane and Sean, were dressed appropriately, polite, professional and explained everything in great detail with photographs and emails to follow up. The Site Manager, Shaun Hewett, touched base with us and was also extremely helpful.
