DLG Auto Services is Direct Line Group’s UK network of bodyshops, today consisting of 23 garages nationwide which makes us one of the largest repair groups in the UK. We repair around 100,000 accident damaged cars every year, and all cars are repaired to British Kitemark BS 10125 standard, the British safety standard for vehicle damage repair. All repair work comes with a 5-year guarantee, and we are committed to ensuring we meet the manufacturers repair standards to ensure our customers vehicles are repaired to the highest standards. Everyone was friendly
Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. The bodywork repair job was well done. However, they managed to put a fresh scratch on the wing. They fixed this without any aggravation, so the final job is good, it just took a bit longer than it should have.

DLG were extremely professional in their dealings with me, were helpful on the phone and kept me updated as to the progress on my repairs. Only issue was they could not identify an issue and had to refer it to a VW garage but to be fair the VW garage took nearly two months to identify the problem.

DLG were the company my insurers Churchill put forward to repair my vehicle.
I had never used them before, but would definitely do so again.
From start to finish they were excellent and got my car back to me much quicker than I expected, quality outfit.
