The engineers who visited and the telephone service have been good. The car came back with an almost insignificant mark on it that I was expecting to be repaired, no problem there - but the door auto-locking mechanism no longer works. I am awaiting DLG to call me back to book this in.

You collected my car, mended it and brought it back "looking like my car" after the idiot trying to move me out of her way, having stopped beside me in a queue. I am allowed to say it was a woman! My 1st experience of an accident in this car, my "baby" bought in 2013"

Informative at all steps of the process which made it easier to plan our day

After having someone drive into my car I used DLG Autos for the repair. The experience was good as they removed the stress of the accident. They collected my car and left me with a hire car and whilst carrying out the repairs kept me informed of the progress. When completed the dropped off my car and collected the hire car.

Efficient repair process from start to finish - I was kept updated on my car's repair progress every step of the way with regular texts. Speedy repair - DLG contacts helpful and informative. I was warned about paying the excess right at the beginning and reminded several times. I liked the eco approach to sourcing car parts.
