DLG Auto Services is Direct Line Group’s UK network of bodyshops, today consisting of 23 garages nationwide which makes us one of the largest repair groups in the UK. We repair around 100,000 accident damaged cars every year, and all cars are repaired to British Kitemark BS 10125 standard, the British safety standard for vehicle damage repair. All repair work comes with a 5-year guarantee, and we are committed to ensuring we meet the manufacturers repair standards to ensure our customers vehicles are repaired to the highest standards. By investing in new technologies, we are preparing the business for the future and will have a better understanding of how technology will affect the design and manufacture of cars. Our high operating efficiency allows us to deliver excellent cost control whilst meeting our environmental targets through lowering emissions and increased recycling. We are exploring a range of solutions to embed our environmental goals as part of our emissions reduction strategy, including using alternative fuels such as hydrogenated vegetable oil and energy efficient lighting. Excellent company
Excellent company, great communication and service. My Kia Proceed was picked up on Tuesday afternoon by a professional driver. It was repaired ( front bumper replaced) and was back on my drive Thursday morning. I cannot rate this company high enough

Everything was done quickly and professionally but unfortunately the wrong scuff plate was fitted and we are still waiting for the correct one to be fitted.

Really bad service…
Well it all started when my car was stolen and dlg picked it up to carry out repair work under my insurance well got the car back with vim numbers now put on polish and buffer marks on it all totaling 21 pictures taken i was horrified the state it come back to me so they offered to send someone out to buff it out so they sent someone round to my home to do the repairs mind you I was at work and the car was with me didn't even tell me they was coming so the guy called me when he was at my home and said he would get it rebooked but to top all that he posted the vim numbers stickers though my door for me to put not happy no no apology letter compensation this was at stechford dlg repair shop owned by direct line carrying work on Toyota and Lexus and our approved REALLY Mr Lees.
