We repair around 100,000 accident damaged cars every year, and all cars are repaired to British Kitemark BS 10125 standard, the British safety standard for vehicle damage repair. Awful service it took them an over a month to fix the car had to send the car back 4 times and because of that I lost out on over a month of my insurance period and the insurance company would not extend my insurance what a disgrace the garage and Churchill insurance !

I had to modify the bumper
I had to modify the bumper to allow clearance for to retractable tow hook. I have no doubt they would have taken it back to finish the job properly, but not prepared to have the vehicle off road any longer.

Friendly and reliable
Company kept me updated as promised at the start. Staff are friendly and helpful and deadlines are kept. Only downside is I was promised a follow up call over an issue when car was brought back, this hasn't happened.

Their communication, from picking up car, communicating with garage and dropping off vehicle was to perfection, they delivered as they promised. The work was perfect alongside there customer bedside manner amazing, they genuinely care about cars and their customers.
