The A Tree For All Your Coloring Book of UDL Principles and Practices ebook looks great and easy to understand. It is just what I needed to put my blog post together.

It goes ok. Sometimes, when searching for certain books, it would be easier if I could search per title, but filter by a specific author. Maybe it's already possible, but not so intuitive.

Are you actually reviewing the right company?
Is it possible that the order was placed with another company, not eBooks.com? There are a lot of companies with the word "ebook" in their names. Before leaving us a damning complaint, check your credit card account (or PayPal if you paid that way) for the name of the merchant. If the name isn't exactly, and only, "EBOOKS.COM", then you'll need to contact the company that billed you -- not eBooks.com.

My partner wanted to download an epub…
(Updated rating as refund was offered)
My partner wanted to download an epub to use on her iPhone ebook app. The website says you can download the actual epub file, so she paid for the book and tried to download it, but it's not possible after all. She can only use their own app, which she'd prefer not to as it's not user friendly. A waste of money. She's paid for a book she can't read.

[Followup January 15th] Thank you for that Daniel!
[Original reply]
Hi Daniel,
Thanks for your message. We'll gladly arrange a refund if the ebook isn't suitable or doesn't work.
Just ask your partner to contact support (support@ebooks.com) and we'll jump to it.
Just on your point about being able to download an unencrypted EPUB file... a few publishers do release their books without DRM (security measures) but overwhelmingly the main commercial publishers don't do that. They require us to encrypt their ebooks in order to limit piracy.
The net result is that, for example, you can only read a Kindle book on a Kindle device or app; if you buy an ebook from Amazon you can't read it on any other company's device or app. The same applies to Apple books. Similarly you need to use our app in order to read an ebook that you buy from us.
Anyway, please just ping our help desk and we'll process a full refund.
Best wishes,
James

ADE is horrific
Adobe digital editions is a horrible way to read any book for students or people that hate reading horrifically slow. I would really appreciate a refund as I cannot download the pdf file otherwise and paid for nothing now.
