I don't usually leave reviews, but the service I received from Jon at DIY Spare parts was so good it deserves recognition.
I forgot some parts and so rang and spoke to Jon, he could not have been more helpful and sorted the problem. Spares arrived and exactly as required.
Well done.

A first class site with easy to navigate exploded diagrams. More importantly great after sales support , I had a query about a part and found phone calls were answered quickly and emails also responded to very quickly. Nice to deal with real people for a change. Thanks Jon for a great service.

Excellent service - I had an issue with a Stiga deck drive pulley that Jon from DIY SP resolved quickly & efficiently. Also o be I received my new part he also offered to assist with a query on the part type & lifespan with Stiga even though he hadn’t supplied the new deck I’d purchased a couple of years before. By doing this Stiga advised the pulley failure may have been due to excessive belt tension. Simon at Stiga offered a replacement free of charge which I accepted & now gave a spare fir future use. The issue I had with Stiga was resolved by Jon’s intervention & Stigas goodwill gesture. Excellent service from both but beyond that required or expected by Jonny& DIY SP. I’ll be using them fur my mower parts from now on as they’re knowledgeable, helpful, easy to deal with & although slightly more expensive than some suppliers not by enough to make a difference - Top notch.

I ordered a belt. When it did not arrive I called and was told it was on back order. To my mind if a product is not in stock, the customer should be informed of this and a likely date be given at the point of sale. When I raised this, with the company, I got the impression that they really couldn't care less and that I should just accept that this is how they operate. Be aware this is not a retailer, rather a sourcing company. There also appears to be a standard message, that the call rate is too high to deal with you. Shoddy service all round from a firm that wants your money before ordering stock from their supplier. Customer service as it should be, so refreshing in this day and age

I stumbled across DIY Spare Parts and so thankful I did. I had an issue with a lawn mower and after a number of emails from Jon to identify the issue we were sorted. Jon then sent diagrams to help aid us fit the spare part too. The part we needed arrived within 2 days of ordering. The service and attention to detail you get from this business is second to none. Have nothing but confidence when engaging the services of DIY Spare Parts they are the best :)

I am very impressed with this company. I needed a replacement part for my Hayter lawnmower. I filled out my details and got a very prompt email by return asking me for more details. It was the actual Briggs & Stratton engine that was of importance. I then got a reply with exactly what I needed in my shopping basket. Very easy to order. Prompt delivery. Polite friendly correspondence in my emails. Very pleased and satisfied.

Excellent professional guidance on spare parts required for my mower. Jon dealt well with my problem and resolved it.

On 12th March I ordered a hubcap to be sent to The Netherlands. It was dispatched the same day, but I didn't get it. Now I think it got lost in the Royal Mail. DIY sent me another hubcap, free of charge, and last Saturday it was in my mailbox. So DIY all credit for you!!

I was super impressed by the service. I'd lost the fittings to attach the blade to my brush cutter and couldn't work out from my manual's diagrams what parts I needed. Not only did Jon at DIY Spare Parts know exactly what I needed to order but he thoughtfully provided a clear diagram about the order to fit them, something which again wasn't clear from the Kawasaki manual. Top marks in every way.

The bottom handle of my old Performance motor mower (B&Q's own brand) had broken and their Customer Care phone number was discontinued. Three garden machinery repair centres were very pessimistic ("can't get the parts" etc) and a blacksmith quoted £35-40 to weld a strap repair.
DIY Spare Parts not only had an exploded diagram illustrating the exact part I wanted, they then delivered it the very next day of me ordering it...!!! Absolutely Brilliant. Will highly recommend.

No problems with ordering parts required, contacting service enquiries and delivery very prompt, without any fuss. A great experience from a great company.
