I bought a bed with this company horrible experience, I am trying to return the mattress as it’s not what I was expecting and the company is proving so difficult, I have written and explained the issues I have with the mattress very poor quality. I am been told the mattress needs to come back without been taken out off the original package. The mattress came rolled and compressed in a box, once you open the mattress rolls out and there is no way of putting it back in the box. The company did not explain it will come compressed I ordered an orthopaedic mattress due to back problems, I needed a firm mattress not some foam. The company wouldn’t refund or exchange. The company has refused to refund my money instead they wanted to charge me for returning the mattress. Don’t buy from

Divan Beds have by far provided excellent customer service skills right from the start. I had a problem with my bed base and they were nothing but kind and efficient along the whole process when making arrangements for a replacement. They have been nothing but helpful and prompt with each email and I was really impressed with that. The delivery driver was amazing and extremely patient which made things so much easier. I highly recommend the company, the quality of the bed is amazing and I am so happy with my new bed!

Can't fault the quality of the bed and mattress we received and the service was excellent. Good communication too.

Ordered twice now and quality of beds and mattresses is much better than expected for the price. I originally ordered a cheap bed for a 6 month rental but was so impressed I’ve ordered again
Customer service great - on both occasions they have facilitated a request to amend delivery dates and give regular updates and notification about delivery time.

Price are so cheap but the delivery was so long almost 1 month!
So I am not really happy about the delivery and the customer service rarely available .
Now, I have my bed and mattress for 2 weeks and the bed are so comfortable. I love it

Very good service and communication via email. Amir & Saf kept us informed of estimated delivery time via text message, which they delivered promptly & efficiently.

Great service from these guys. Kept informed all the way and Amir and Saf were great. Our new bed is awesome, so happy with it! Would definitely use this company again!

please do Not use this company ordered a bed to be delivered to my daughter and placed the wrong post code for her address they then said that this was fraud even though they had been paid (payment was pending for them to collect) to prove to them that this was not a fraud wanted copy of my driving licence and utility bills ( erm sorry not on your Nelly quote unquote from the bank NEVER DO THAT) so cancelled my order ( wondering who is the loser here not me I got bed else where) they have no order !!! ps they said they black listing me with their firm and all associates (bet last laugh is with me )...

Really good service. The bed came really quickly, headboard was scuffed from delivery but I emailed them and they got back to me super fast and sent me a whole new headboard. Really affordable brand but super good quality too. Really recommend :)

I was really surprised to see some of the reviews, ordered a divan bed and the memory foam mattress ,delivery was on time and got constant emails and texts to keep me updated .Bed came , my son is so pleased and so am I that I will be ordering my bed after Christmas.

From ordering online to delivery by Zamir has been an easy and pleasant experience. Zamir was so very helpful and friendly. A hard working and friendly person. I recently bought my 1st online purchase from this company and i made a few mistakes as everyone probably does their customer service manager helped me sort out my mistakes he was fantastic even offering to rearrange my delivery date free of charge if i couldn't get my items in my house. However the courier who delivered my double divan bed with huge headboard rather than take the item away because i didn't realise i would need help for him to deliver as i live on the 1st floor brought it all upstairs & stacked it safely in my home till i could get some help to build it this was not part of his job but he still offered to try and insisted i stay in doors as i have breathing difficulties not to even try helping this company made what could have been very stressful & a complete disaster for me a walk in the park nothing was too much trouble even free redilvery on a different date bearing in mind I live in Edinburgh wasn't too much trouble if only more companies took this pride in the sevice they provide.

Please do not order from this company waste of money and time. I ordered a mattress from them on their website it said HybridSpring Firm so I thought would be great for my back only for the mattress to turn up and it’s very soft not worth sleeping on especially if having back problem issues. Then Tyler told me that I could not get a refund because it’s not advertised as firm and I should have not removed it from the package. So how was I supposed to see what I had bought. This company only wants to take people’s hard earned cash especially in these times of hardship. They should not be operating at all . Shameful indeed you don’t even know half of the struggles people are going through and you treat customers very badly . Very sad ☹️

I read some negative reviews but in my experience divan-beds looked after me from start to finish. All my queries were responded to asap using email from asking what matress was suitable to delivery times it never was too much trouble. Very friendly and positive. My bed refurbishment is done now I have kingsize valencia bed with 3000 sprung tufted mattress it looks amazing. The bed in perfect condition mattress comfortable delivery on time. Covid stopped me going on holiday but divan-beds made my dreams a reality with a bed fit for queen. Thank u thank u thank you not only great customer service good delivery times and answering all queries. Another plus is safe payment. Thanks Penny May

I bought this mattress for my spare single bed and I am so happy with it I wish it was on my own bed. The quality is excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend it. I emailed you on a couple of occasions and your reply was always very prompt. I will definitely be buying from you again. I'm definitely a very happy customer.
