my sister is disabled and relies on deliveries. ordered a duvet from them and it turned out they took money from her acc and asked her to redeem „voucher” and pay some hidden costs as delivery and packing ! she asked for refund via their website , didn’t receive any proof of that request! it’s not even logged on her account! that’s unbelievable how they treat their customers!!! no contact number either!!!

the information about the delivery price is not clear enough! no contact number for customer service! no proof of refund request after making one! they don’t take their customers seriously - avoid them at all cost!!!

Absolutely useless, inept customer service. Ordered a mattress in Oct 2025, still not been delivered. Refusing to help, advised me to send a complaint via post, no contact number and the worst customer service I've experienced, particularly Natasha Thomas! 🤬🤬🤬

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ADVERTISE MATTRESSES ON BEHALF OF ANOTHER COMPANY THAT PROVIDE CHEAP SOILED, RIPPED PRODUCTS. YOU DONT GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR. THEY WONT REFUND THE MONEY OR REPLACE THE GOODS WITH WHAT YOU ORDERED OFF THEIR ADVERT. THE MERCHANT PROVIDING THE GOODS IGORES YOU COMPLETELY. THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. DONT BUY OFF THEM. I HAVE BEEN EMAILING AND CHASING SINCE 4TH DECEMBER. DISGUSTING TRADERS.

I find the process a bit long you buy the product but still have to redeem the token for the product you want apart from that it's a great place to buy from would definitely recommend to all

I have purchased a few items from Discount Experts and I was very happy with them, when received. Goods and prices amazing for myself, as goods I purchased, were gifts and everybody was very happy with their gifts😀

I will not recommend you to anyone because you allow irresponsible merchant on your site and you just abandon your customers at their mercy. I have make a purchase on you site with Orion Computers limited, they took my money plus delivery fees and they are not updating me with any delivery date despite several messages i have sent. They are ignoring me and you are not helping to recover my money. I also purchased many items from other merchants and there is no update on any delivery

Does everything as advertised. Fairly easy for disabled 74 year old man to use.
