On  21st March I ordered shrubs costing £14.99. On 27th March a security light costing £5.99. On 30th March it was bulbs costing £11.99. None of these items arrived and my emails to the company were ignored. I finally managed to obtain a refund of my money through the bank but I went to a lot of trouble first when every attempt to contact Mighty Deals failed. They are a bunch of crooks and my advice is avoid, avoid, AVOID them!

You pay for something and then it is a voucher and you have to pay P&P on top for each item. The products I bought was a scam, fake advert as seemed nice quality pillows and was actually horrible. I have enquired to return the products and no one got back to me. Total scam

We've bought 2 things in the last few months. 1st took ages to come and when it did it was a cheap alternative. 2nd item still hasn't turned up. It seems like the merchants that use Mighty deals are con artists

I orded a mans polo shirt 19th Feb it say 7 days for delivery not heard anthing about the item sent email still no answer be carefull ppl paid 9.99 for polo shirt then 3.99 pp

I ordered 2 robot vacuum cleaners via an advert from my workplace yes I had to pay 2 separate postage’s at £5 each so £10 and the item was £11-99 each so shipping is quite expensive I didn’t expect that when i paid I received a voucher then had to redeem that to get my items. Then when I read trustpilot reviews my heart sank but unlike a lot of yous I did receive my items but in all honesty they are crap cheap lightweight plastic and I found exactly the same ones on Temu for roughly the same price but with free postage I wouldn’t order from that site again as they take weeks to arrive postage is expensive and they make it virtually impossible to return but as I said at least i received mine

Got to say genuinely never had a problem yet. Always had reply’s.

Scam. Avoid. If you want a refund remind them of your statutory rights and suddenly it happens.

bought ms office 2021 from them. It won't download

I paid for what I thought was, a robot hoover, what I got was a cheap plastic toy from china . I’m Just another sucker that got done by this scam company, I know I should have trusted my better judgement but I got sucked into this by a trusted source, a company I deal with regularly, please trust me when I tell you they will be getting a few choice words from me on Monday. I am not even going to complain to the mighty deals as I take full responsibility for my stupidity this is going straight in the bin !!! After reading the other reviews on Trustpilot (wish I did this before I chucked £17 down the toilet) I can only tell you that in my opinion if it looks like a scam , smells like a scam and sounds like a scam guess what……it’s a scam 🤦‍♀️

We have brought a tumble dry that has packed the drum won't turn and there was a burning smell within a month of the purchase and now we are told to get in touch with the company who supplied it, 5 days has past and nothing has happened I would not buy from this company you think your getting a good buy but you have a headache trying to discus problems nobody wants to get back

I ordered an item from this company on 21/10/2024 and it was supposed to arrive by11/11/2024 it did not arrives d I have sent 5 email to their customer support team. I received one reply on 4/11/24 after I enquired about said item this was on ticket number #3629039-7969 and was told to wait for 11/11/2024 which was it’s delivery date. I have now sent 4 emails since concerning by item not being delivered but I have not received any reply from their customer support team. So I will not order anything else from them and urge other people not to either as they will lose their money they are con artists.

I kind of trusted this site as it appeared on my Employer's Paws site. They were offering £150's worth of Blue Tooth headphones for £10 plus postage. I was sceptical but for the price thought I'd give it a go. Ok, they didn't exactly say that they were Apple Ear Pods but it was strongly hinted at.

Unlike some customers the delivery and service was pretty quick and efficient but the quality of the product is next to useless. Barely listenable. Not compatible with I-Pods and unable to use for phone calls. I should have known better but at least they were cheap! Will not use again.

Offered a Swarovski bracelet for £6,99 instead of £69.99. Bracelet is on eBay for £14.99 anyway. Scam artists I reckon.

I placed an order for 4 items. They took my money then charged £4.99 for each item delivery for 6 items though 2 were the same items twice.they confirmed that it was ready for delivery about 6 weeks ago and put my house number incorrectly,though all the previous communication had the right number. I think this is deliberate fraud. Not a kind way to treat a disabled 79 year old.

I used them for the first and last time in February. I ordered a holder for my mobile in the car. It came shortly after but the "thing" that was delivered was nothing like the order and basically useless. They told me to contact the merchant directly which I did and after contact and requested photos of my delivery nothing.

I have resorted to contacting my credit card company for Chargeback (Refund) which is being dealt with now.

Please, do not use this company.
