I ordered in good faith some Percil non bio washing tablets.
Post ordering I received vouchers with a P&P fee attached to each voucher.
I was expecting the order as the site took teh money and then gave me vouchers. In contacting them they then offered me a credit verses a refund, when I contacted them immediatly over the web site.
I then had to goto PayPal to get a refund... thank god for Paypal.

So much choice. Good value. Items are as described when delivered.
I have not had any issues with items purchased.
New items are seen regularly.

All things I’ve ordered have been fantastic
You do have to allow a while for them to come but would recommend the site, have a slight addition to buying from them

I had no problem with discount expert until recently when i am still waiting on delivery weeks later. When I questioned why I had not received the plants discount, experts sent me a contact for the supplier i contacted them but got no reply . after using d/e on a number of occasions with no issue I am disappointed with the response i got so will not be using them again

It's just great to use and helpful and secure and always kept informed and can trust the courier company for a great delivery with no problems

I have ordered a few times. They are efficient at what they do and have a great customer support if you need them. A great experience from a reliable and trustworthy company

Discount Experts have amazing bargains, but sometimes things do go awry. My order was taking much longer than the time specified in the advert. I contacted Customer Services at DE. The lady who replied was prompt and very helpful, put me in touch with the supplier who agreed that there was a problem and offered to correct it in a very timely fashion.

Result? Me very happy!

When something seems to good to be true .... do you go ahead, cheap prices lead to suspicion about quality and deliverability?
The habit of buying and then needing a voucher and then paying twice for postage, does not inspire confidence. Have used and received goods, but still not confident.

You do seem to be saving a lot of money on products very happy with the sherba leggings I got, sometimes sizing can differ, but other things like the heated throw,night vision glasses the quality is very good

I like the offers but sometimes it is difficult almost impossible to redeem the vouchers on my I pad .

It is difficult to identify genuine discounted items for sale on line. Thus far, I have been lucky in my choice of discount experts as my go to for real bargains. Can't fault them but that's not to say I will always be this lucky

I got an email saw the item I wanted clicked on it set to basket paid for item e everything was so quick

Nothing has gone wrong - so far. I’ll wait till I see IF the padded jacket I ordered has TWO FULL SIZE INSIDE pockets. IF it doesn’t, I’ll be returning it for a refund.

I have bought from this company before without problems but you need to allow up to 14 days for delivery

I bought a Microsoft Professional Product Key from them, however, after i had redeemed the key and downloaded the Office package, the software stopped working, saying it had expired (which was supposed to be lifetime product!). Upon requesting a refund as i had got a licence from elsewhere, i received a response with a new key, however, i had explained i didnt want it anymore as i had lost faith in the integrity of the company, to which i received no response.

Used them a few times now. Was very dubious at first but never had a bad experience yet. Changed size of a jacket once very easy and quality been great so far.

This is the worst company to shop with! Goods aren’t as advertised! Customer service is rude and very unhelpful! Would only give me a partial refund and to get that I had to return my order tracked! So I’ve lost out by £11! With all the competition out there please give these charlatans a wide berth! Also taken ages to get my refund!😡😡

Fast and efficient delivery
