I have purchased from Discount Equestrian a few times. I think the prices are very competitive with a good range of products. Prompt delivery with the items arriving in perfect condition. I would highly recommend them.

Customer Service
In March of 2023 I had a problem with a turnout rug that I bought back in September 2022, worn only for 4 months, it was clearly a fault within the manufacture of the rug not due to wear and is unusable. I emailed customer service along with a picture and explanation not really sure what they could do. The rug was not cheap and a very well known make. They replied very quickly, contacted the manufacturer and within the same day gave me a no quibble full refund. Excellent service and so helpful, thank you!

Sizing is wrong on site
Boots state size 7 on the site and invoice, on the box it says 7.5. They where massive. So I've had to pay delivery back plus delivery again for a smaller size

Ordered the wrong leg size boots
Got the wrong leg size boots for my daughter. They accepted my return even though I’d got the well befor xmas. Sam helped me find the correct size and it was just easy. Thank you for your excellent customer service Sam.
